I am so pleased with this store. On Friday I went to two other stores to try to get a specialty paint match before arriving here, no one at the other stores was able to help me. I had the lid with a dab of paint on it from a 12 year old can of paint. The sales person at this store said he would try his best and that it would take a little while. It was well worth the wait!! I painted and it looks fantastic! Thank you so much! Sorry I didn't get the name of the salesperson. I would recommend this store for its excellent service!

This is the first time I have dealt with this business and I am very impressed. I called in from out of town and required a product to be shipped out to London, ON on a very tight time line. Katie was very helpful with very prompt and efficient communication and arranged a special trip to shipping company to ensure I received the product on-time. The service at Industrial Paint Coatings is wonderful. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to take the time you need to help you make your colour decisions. No pressure sales either. Despite the name, the products are not only for industrial uses but for home decor as well.
