The Regent street McDonald’s is the most disappointing fast food chain that I ever had to deal with!! The drive through put me on hold twice while the other line that came after me went threw then couldn’t even understand what I wanted and continued to get the information wrong! So after wasting 10min in the drive through had to go into the restaurant to order and the people inside are a bunch of idiots and couldn’t figure out what was going on! This makes a very bad impression on all the fast food industry as this is not the only place! There is too many people who have no idea what to do or how to deal with people and hate to say can not speak English to safe a life! There needs to be more responsible management in theses areas of fast food chain cause these poor young kids have no idea how to be a good employee! And the said part is that this isn’t the first time they messed up. I only go as my kids enjoy the food and don’t understand how unprofessional this place is! Except for today they had first hand to say “why couldn’t he take an order it was very simple I can do it” she’s 8! Wake up McDonald’s you are creating a very poor name for yourself! It is very sad that such a long standing fast food place has gone down the drain and it’s not a family friendly as it use to be 25+ years ago! I use to encourage my children to go work for a McDonald’s chain but not anymore it is a poor excuse for employment...pretty sure a monkey can do a better job and get the orders right!!!So disappointing with this fast food chain!!!

They are making McDonald's look so sterile, and I feel like I'm eating in a hospital cafeteria, which is not enjoyable. However, food is still the same (fine), and their service was good.

This restaurant offers the worst service and the worst products I've ever been offered. The staff were leaning on the front counter when we entered the establishment talking very loudly about person life situations and laughing very aggressively. Personal talking and gooffing around continued while our order was being placed. the manager on duty at the time was the ring leader of all the unprofessional behaviour.When we got home with our order and opened the bad not only were items forgotten but no care was put into any of the preparation. The staff needs training on professionalism and cleanliness and management needs a serious upgrade.

If I could give it no stars I would. This place is disgustingly filthy. The first thing I noticed was the dust all over the counters and the registers and debit machines. I mean thick dust. Service was very slow and food was stopped into bags. Could not find 1 clean table and the garbage were overflowing so people were piling their garbage on top of tray shelf. This os inexcusable. This is a food establishment and you should be ashamed of yourselves for not caring.

Ordered evening coffee and muffin break. Manager was very helpful and patient with me cause my app wasn't working properly. Gave me hints and taught me something new about it.

Ordered a Big Mac and coffee to head home. Food must have been sitting g for awhile as it was cold and coffee was weak. It is usually good but not today. If it’s not busy, check food for temp before leaving

dreadful. absolutely dreadful. ordered the 6 piece nugget meal and got 4!!! what a scam. the wait was outrageous as well. definitely should've went to the subway.

I had a burger, and the meat was dry hardly see the topping. The only thing noticeable was the pickle. I have a slim band in my stominc and only had two bights and had to bring up what I ate of said burger. This restaurant use to be good before pandemic. My score I gave was high as it is
