I drove up here in nasty weather because I called yesterday and they said they were going to be open today. Its friday. well long story short I got there and it's closed. Said they were open 9am to 4pm.

My experiences have all been positive. The only problem was online it said you could go in without an appt. When I got there that wasn't the case however after about 45 min. wait they squeezed me in. With Covid restrictions I've had one phone appt. Everyone I've dealt with was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

Had all my paperwork prepared correctly and ready to go, person working input my new married name incorrectly. Did not have me verify it check just handed me receipt and said I was set. Noticed the misspelling in the car, walked back in and was told I’d hve to wait again to speak with her. Didn’t have time to wait again as I had to work, so now I get to do the whole thing over again and waste another morning to fix the error.
