New Berlin Weddings & Events

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie from New Berlin last weekend for Sarah & Aaron's wedding at the Walper Hotel in Kitchener. As a photographer I'm always excited when I see that the couple has chosen to hire a wedding coordinator. What that means to me is that everything is going to go so much smoother and according to schedule, not to mention how little stress then falls onto the bride and groom. However Stephanie went above and beyond! I've worked with over 100 planners and I have to say she and her team were stand outs. I can't wait to work with Stephanie and her team at New Berlin again in the future!

I could literally write an entire book on how amazing Stephanie/New Berlin is. My husband was initially unsure if we needed a coordinator but after our first phone meeting with her, he was 100% convinced. I can not stress this enough - hiring Stephanie was HANDS DOWN the best decision of our entire wedding. I can’t begin to explain all of the things she did and thought of. She worked with us on everything and officially took over 6 weeks before. She helped us with tricky vendors and even saved the day while she was busy at another wedding when we had a cake fiasco the day before our wedding by arranging another bakery to fix our cake. The day of she set everything up herself and it was more beautiful than I had even imagined. She took care of EVERYTHING for us so we could just relax and enjoy the day. She is incredible at her job and would do anything for her couples. The only downside is now that the wedding is over we won’t get to see her anymore!

I met with Stephanie after winning a power planning session with her through a contest. She was a pleasure to meet with and open to answering any questions that I had about the planning process.Stephanie offered so many great suggestions and tips to help with planning our wedding that I had not even thought of! Overall the session was super helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Steph for a few weddings over the past couple of years, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! Her attention to detail and coordination skills were on point, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Working with her was a breeze, thanks to her friendly and approachable attitude. Steph has always handled any curveballs with ease, making the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Hiring New Berlin Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I wasn't initially sure if we needed a coordinator, but after our first meeting with Stephanie, it was clear how much she would add to the day (and take off our shoulders!). She was always quick to respond, and is professional, knowledgeable, insightful and organized - everything you could ask for in a coordinator. Stephanie thought of things I never would have, and has a keen eye for the smallest of details to ensure your day flows as smoothly as possible.As someone who loves to plan, it was a surprising relief to have Stephanie organizing everything with the vendors and coordinate the timeline. And then having Stephanie and Erin on our day allowed us to be fully present without having to even think about the logistics or question what needs to be done. They would not hesitate to jump in wherever was needed, and above all that, were such a joy and so much fun to work with! I would 100% recommend New Berlin to anyone I know that's getting married!

Stephanie and her team were amazing - we couldn't have imagined our wedding day without them! Truly the best decision we made to ensure it was as smooth and stress free as possible. Even though we had a venue coordinator who was also amazing, going forward and getting an additional coordinator who had only us in mind ensured that all the details we were hoping for did come to fruition. Stephanie was there all throughout the day checking in on us and our vendors, and just overall going above and beyond. Getting the late night supervision was also something we added on last minute, and we are so thankful as it ensured our friends and family could enjoy the day without worrying about cleanup.

Stephanie was a dream to work with! We hired New Berlin for their Month of Coordination package and it was the best decision of our wedding. Stephanie took over all correspondence with our vendors for the month of the wedding and took so much stress off of coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs and scheduling our day. We barley had to look at our wedding e-mail for the month of our wedding! I had very specific expectations on what our venue would look like (DIY bride) and how our day would run. Stephanie ensured that the day was how we (the Bride & Groom) envisioned - down to every last detail. We extended our package for Late Night Supervision and Stephanie had all of our rentals, and personal decor packaged up for the end of the night without anyone taking notice of her. She kept the day on schedule with such gentleness and we really appreciated her calm nature while she was by our side.Stephanie is a ray of sunshine! Spending the day with her, it was truly evident that she is passionate about what she does. I cannot sing her praises enough about how professional, decisive and receptive she is. She was prepared for an situation and is a great problem-solver. All of my guests even took notice of how wonderful and personable Stephanie was.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing!!!! She is sole reason my wedding day went as smoothly as it did!!!! It could not have been the hit it was without her coordination and planning! We got the month of coordination package and it was so worth it!!! Me and my fiancé debated for a while if a day of/month of coordination would be worth the cost and it totally was!!! She helped organize us the month leading up and figuring out the small details! Her and her assistant set up my ceremony and banquet hall to perfection! I was stunned and speechless walking into my banquet hall for the first time! Stephanie was my sense of calm on my wedding day and I will forever recommend her to everyone for the rest of my life!!!! She is beautiful, kind, thoughtful, organized, smart and a pure wedding day superhero!!!!

Stephanie from New Berlin was a dream to work with! We didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator until a couple months before our wedding, so happy Stephanie was available. She took absolutely all the stress out of our day and we were able to completely enjoy the night knowing Stephanie was there! Our wedding was everything we hoped for & more, and Stephanie played a major role in making it so perfect!
