On behalf of Murielle's family and friends I would like to thank you for the amazing set up you had for her celebration of life, it helps that Mark was a friend of hers but still it captured exactly what her life represented. This final chapter of celebrating her was made so much easier with their help, amazing service by the funeral home.

Scott Michaud and Ms. Sullivan were very caring and listened well during a very stressful process. All staff were quick to help out in between too. Lahaie and Sullivan were highly recommended by the hospital and my neighbour's and I felt relieved after working with them!

The funeral home director really helped my brothers and I adhere to our mother's wishes. He really took the time to make sure the church was available and assisted us with whatever we needed. It is very hard to deal with a loved one who is going to pass away. Laurie made the process so easy for us. The staff that came to collect my mother took very good care in getting her onto the stretcher and into the van in a very respectful and professional manner, explaining every step of the way. The day after she passed, we met with Rob and it was difficult for my father and sister, therefore since I was the executor and paid for both my parents funeral, my husband and i were able to sit with Rob and fill out all the necessary paperwork. Even in paying for the necklaces we purchased, the accounting person was very professional. Anyone should consider dealing with this home in their difficult time. We were able to pay for the funeral ahead of time as my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and only had a few weeks to live. My husband and I decided to pay for my father's funeral ahead of time to save that process. Thank you again Lahaie & Sullivan West Branch Team-You are all awesome.
