Unfortunately I have to write a not so great review on this store... I am a woman who is a size 16/18, so i am not a skinny girl. I walked into this beautiful bright shop excited to see what goodies I could find! The woman working was so outgoing and talking to everyone, taking pictures of the customers for the stores social media and being kind to everyone, except me... I tried on a skirt, looked at jewellery and almost bought a few things. But i couldn't because i was the only person in there being ignored. Everyone in there was sample size being treated like a human but me. She walked past me at least 6 times and I wasn't acknowledged once. Not a smile, nothing. When most people left it was just me and one other girl in the store who was trying on something and the worker was chatting her up and complimenting her. She walked past me twice and didn't even look at me. At that moment I really felt like i was less then because if i wasn't my size she would have treated me like every other girl in there. I will not be going back to this store. I don't recommend.

Love this shop!!! So warm and inviting and filled with so many beautiful products! Got so much of my Christmas shopping done. So happy to support local artisans!!

I love this little shop. It is intimate and full of the most beautifully curated vintage and local goods. I immediately feel relaxed, walking in which meant zero pressure to look/try anything. Stacey is knowledgeable and has great stories. She is a very kind and compassionate woman. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of my absolute favourite shops in town! The gals who work here are so delightful, and I often come in just to chat and hang out. Have also found some incredible vintage and locally-made treasures, and it's always changing so you never know what you're gonna find!

Stacey is wildly talented at interior design and a natural picker, finding iconic vintage and second-hand items to style your life. She has has a true gift for infusing new, fun-loving energy into previously owned pieces before sending them off to new homes, keeping the energy fresh and circulating through the store through every season. She is an ally to the local creative, carrying unique functional art pieces, up-cycled clothing, herbal remedies and magical body products, to name a few. Cream is a playful and welcoming community centred store and there is always something fresh and fun happening!

The owner of this shop was SO lovely, helpful, and welcoming to my friend and I today. The clothing selection is gorgeous (beautiful cuts and vintage styles), and there is a beautiful selection of flowers-in-resin earrings!!! I fell in love. I wanted to buy everything! I LOVE visiting Cream! From the friendly staff, to the warm and cozy atmosphere, to the music I find myself dancing to as I’m browsing all of the unique local and woman owned companies, I feel so happy to support this incredible woman and her beautifully curated shop. A must see if your visiting Victoria or just out and about in Fernwood.
