I had a def problem while unloading at Roberts .Than was towed to Rawals. They are friendly people of course. However they lack on keeping you up to date while waiting for the job to be done.However the job was done and I went on my way. 10 days later ,I had the similar def issue. Ended up at another mech in Richmond VA,the mechanic who had a look at that said the previous guy forgot to put the clamp back on that goes around the filter etc..which caused the harness to burn etc ...and def started to leak too badly as well and was told the def pump is damaged. That I think is sheer negligence.

I had a breakdown on the side of the road. I got towing there and these guys at Rawal were amazing. I was looked after from the time I set foot in the shop. They fixed the issue and even let me heat my food and eat while they were working. They put a brand new part in my engine and even gave me a battery boost. The price was lower than they estimated and I was on my way within a few hours. Really great work and people here.

We have our truck broken down on April 15, 2023 in Montreal area. Rawal have it fixed in about an hour, which was a Saturday afternoon/evening. We really appreciated their great services and price is also reasonable too. Thank you again.

I had a problem with the air pressure system, and I tried to fix the problem in two workshops for two weeks, and unfortunately I lost a lot of time and money until I got lucky and was able to book an appointment with Rawal transport’s workshop, and finally I was able to return to work with my truck after the air pressure problem was fixed
