Lakeside Storage

Have been use Lakeside Storage since fall of 2021 and enjoyed great friendly service. They have a nice group of people who are eager to help out and ensure your boating experience is a good one each time we go out. The storage facility is well kept and super convenient with the valet service that gets my family on the water with no hiccups. Also they have been very accommodating giving us time and space with loading up and unloading of our boat as we arrive and leave. The technical team has also been very upfront with any charges for the work I've requested with no surprises .. so very happy to date!

Paid over $5000 for a year of storage, valet launch, winterization and summarization. What did I get? They ran my $100,000 boat into a pole, ripped the tarp, and botched the winterization blowing my heater core. What did they do to make reparations? Never did they admit any wrongdoing. They zig zag stitched my tarp after harassing them (No replacement or payment), they “soldered” the heater core, again no replacement. And all I can say is the managers/owners acted greasy and avoidant the whole time. They are the worst example of how to run a business and deal with errors I have ever seen. Obviously I will not ever go back. I hope someone reads this and takes their business elsewhere.
