I had an appointment booked with a dermatologist for 1:15. I showed up early so as to not keep the doctor waiting. I was finally invited into a room a 2. Still I waited. I ended up having to leave before seeing the doctor because I had not planned on being there for over an hour and had to leave. Why book appointments if you can't keep them?

Very nice staff and beautiful building. Dr. Cowger is a fantastic and caring man. He removed a small growth off my back and I had regular checkups to see how it was looking. Will definately use their medical skin care facility next door too

I followed up two months after doing a couple tests and hadn’t gotten the results. I was told I had to book an appointment to get the results. I was scheduled to have my appointment at 10am, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. After over an hour of waiting and cancelling an existing appointment while waiting, I finally met with the doctor, to only find that the results weren’t available and I need to redo the tests and schedule another appointment to discuss the results. Furthermore, I had to create a separate referral for a different issue. You can’t discuss more than one issue per appointment.

Amazing group of people! I had surgery here in the early morning and had an amazing surgical team.Bridget, my nurse, was extremely nice, informative, and helpful in every aspect. Before my surgery (while I was waiting after getting my IV), Bridget asked me what music I liked, then pulled out her phone and played some music for me (Country music). When she put the IV in, I didn’t really feel much. And when I was waking after my operation, she made sure to get me lots to drink (as my mouth was extremely dry) - she helped me drink until I was able to function fully.The rest of the staff, that is the other nurses and the anesthesiologist, were extremely friendly and made my 2 hour stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.Of course, the surgeon was extremely nice too and did a great job! Not sure if he works here too, as I know him from St. Joseph’s hospital. So I’m not sure if he just did the operation here or what (maybe this is the norm?).Regardless, at the end of the day, I was treated extremely nice by a group of great people and didn’t have any issues!

Nice building great to have a pharmacy and blood lab in the same building.But that does not outweigh my disappointment in the treatment I have received in the past month or two.Dr Malu doesn't have time for me and allows a rnp or a student to see me each time without supervision.I was misdiagnosed and not given anti biotics for a simple case of strep ( I get strep once every 2 years or so I know my body)Dr Malu thinks that men my age ( 30 )Are just looking to be prescribed narcotics.They are rude and will gas light you and acuse you of being rude if you stand up for yourself.There are many many things they could have done to help me with a pinched nerve or torn muscle but simply refer me for sholder & neck xrays and ultra sound.Don't be enticed by the flashy nice building its what's on the inside thst counts.Dr Malu was much more attentive a few years ago when I first came to see him.It's a shame to have to de roster and find a new doctor.Not to mentionthe horrible parking.Borderline quackery. I'm appalled! I've never had to de roster and leave a practice before. But I'm happy I did.Good luck.

Dr. Julia Noh at the SOAHAC dental clinic is the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely no communication skills. The office never once called me as caregiver for my father to tell me her diagnosis and she made me attend along with my father an appointment that lasted 5 minutes to tell me something a phone call could have done. She also made a comment insinuating I wanted her to do something that she wasn’t wanting to do, which I took offence too.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Brock, (urology)..He is a great Dr. & a very caring man.. I was extremally impressed with AMG. From reception to all the staff, I couldn't have wished for a better experience.. A special thank you to Bridgett, my attending nurse. She made the procedure a lot less stressful. Thank you to all who were involved in my surgery, you are all special people!!

Had a great experience at Advanced Medical Group a few weeks ago. Dr Brock and his staff are very professional from the initial consultation, to the surgery day, to getting wheeled out to the parking lot afterwards. A special thanks to my nurse Bridget who made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, she definitely made the experience a lot easier for me. Thanks again!
