Simply the best thing I have ever tasted. Literally what I think heaven’s food might tastes like. We tried the Cookies and Cream with. Salted Caramel, the biggest size, and we were told it would take approximately 2hrs because it was so large. I had seen the pictures on Google and they had looked so good we say “Heck, why not? Looks worth the wait” OMG was it ever and it only took 57 mins not the 120 we were quoted. I would highly recommend trying Mr.Puffs. It’s like the Crispy Cream of Cornwall but better than Crispy Cream. Seems a little pricy but when you see the amount of topping and how big the Puffs are you will be glad to shell out the extra couple bucks again in the future, I know I will the next time I get delivery. So yes heaven does deliver through Mr.Puffs, as well as the skilled baker(s)they employ. The lady who took our order was so friendly and helpful.

Mr Puff i'm amazed by how amazing all your employees are OMG!The smile!!The warmth of their voice when they talk to you they are happy to serve you... They are polite,respectful and professional. The consistency of this specific location is always bang on!!Oh let's not forget about how clean and spotless their bathrooms are smells good and its spotless like Mrs Clean always scrub these bathroom like their own... I love this place and i highly recommend this place to anyone who goes in Cornwall!!!!!I miss this town soooo much!!

The Mr. Puffs in Cornwall is AMAZING. All of the staff are so friendly. The food is to die for. I couldn't believe how good the Puffs are. By far the most underrated thing is the ice cream. TRY IT! You will not be disappointed. The best soft serve ice cream I ever had.

I went when the place first opened and I was not a fan. It could of been of new staff and being super busy. I went today to give them another chance. The smallest box of 12 they have is $8.95. I am not going to spend that amount to see if I even like it. Only when I am leaving they could get me a smaller box if I buy a drink. Staff were very nice and the place was very clean. I wish they had smaller options.

by far the mr puffs in cornwall is honestly one of the best places i’ve ever been to. delicious food, and AMAZING customer service. the staff are the friendliest staff of any store/restaurant i’ve been to. i seriously can’t get over this amazing place. 10/10 would definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place.

An amazing place with amazing service I have been there many times some when the owners were there and they are such amazing people and did everything they could to make us happy . He had kept aside a item that was supposed to be gone knowing we would be back in and when I asked about a certain combination that they didn’t have on the sign his wife told me that was their fall flavour and then made it for me even though it wasn’t the season for it . The staff they hire are always friendly and go above and beyond . Will for sure keep going back

These were so phenomenal! The staff were so kind even though there was a rush. The ice cream was melting in the photo but tasted delicious. The Ferrero coating is so good.

Day off yesterday and I figured I’d treat myself to some sweets. Walked into mr puffs and was met by the friendliest people. Picked up a box of the most amazing treats. The taste is phenomenal!!! Thank you mr puffs for making my day. I WILL BE BACK!!!
