Urban Barn Abbotsford

I recently bought the Arden duvet set and I love it. It fits my king bed perfectly. Hangs down enough on the sides so it hides the sheets but not the upholstered side rails. It washed up well. Now I just need a little pop of color to brighten up the space. Thank you to the lovely ladies in store who helped me with my purchase.

We have primarily been purchasing furniture for our new house from Urban Barn Abbotsford. From the moment we met Kelly, she warmly welcomed us and assisted us in finding furniture that perfectly matched our taste. Throughout the process, Kelly displayed exceptional patience and helpfulness, always wearing a bright smile. Additionally, we must commend Christine, the manager, for her outstanding attitude and exceeding our expectations. It's evident that Christine is a valuable asset to Urban Barn. Okay, I'm officially confused. Nothing about this store screams barn to me. It doesn't smell like a barn and I didn't have to watch my feet to keep from stepping in anything.I guess the word Urban gussies it up?The furniture here is classy and the staff is friendly, so I guess the accuracy of the name is of little import.Give this place a try, but don't come looking for saddles, rakes, and tractors; come looking for furniture and accessories at reasonable prices.

What a great shopping experience! Not only did they have beautiful furniture and accessories, Denika went above and beyond helping me select the items for my home. She was welcoming, honest and has great taste in home decor. I would recommend 100% to make your home a beautiful space!

Amazing space, incredible products, help is fabulous , the atmosphere is inviting and warm and welcoming. I never want to leave!!!I have had incredible service from all the employees and they got really involved with me when I felt confused about creating my space and how to optimize my areas in my home!! Gifted ladies!!! Wonderful store!!!Please never leave!!!Grateful!!!

Phoned yesterday to see if they had an item in stock, they had one left, asked if they would put it on hold for me, which they did.I didn't think I needed to ask a store that sells brand new items whether it was damaged before I asked them to put it on hold for me me. It's a high-end decor store, not Facebook marketplace selling used items.Spent about $15 in gas round trip driving there this morning and a good 45 minutes of my time from start to finish.When I got there the bottom of the item was completely damaged (which I was not told on the phone).Asked the manager for a discount of $10 so that I can use the $10 to buy painting supplies to hopefully try and cover the damage as it was the last item in store and sold out at all other nearby locations.Was told no.So I was supposed to pay the same price for a damaged item as someone else paid for a perfect item when buying new retail from a store.And I wasn't told it was damaged when I phoned yesterday and spoke to someone to put it on hold.So now I'm out 45 minutes and $15 in gas which this manager took absolutely no consideration of.Very very very poor customer service.I've been shopping here for a long time and I'm a very loyal customer. That's going to stop after today.

I love this store and the associates in it. Have always had great service and the staff is always ready to help me style my home. I’m looking forward to finishing a few more rooms in my home with their help.

EVERY SINGLE time I go into your store I am greeted by name and huge smile and warm exchange,, I literally go to this store first because of this staff member,, flawless design sense.. great advice and I am a realtor and home stager,, I feel very confident in my interactions with your staff,,, OUTSTANDING EVERY TIME!!!!
