Poor service, order completely wrong and food was lunch leftovers so burgers were cold. When I returned my food they microwaved it for a few second and was still cold so asked for new food. And staff was mad they had to remake. Won’t be back to this location!

The owner operator of this business is 10/10 customer orientated and cares about your complaints and frustrations , followed up with me and made things right with some coupons and a gift card and a hand written delivered letter , you don’t find that often anymore , businesses make mistakes but it is how they handle the end result that really matters thabks again toby

This place has terrible customer service. Making me pay for something I didn't even order. They gave me a billizard saying it's mine. So I took it, and they gave me another one cause they gave me the wrong one and they made me pay for it. And when I went to pay for it even tho I shouldn't. They employees at the back were talking bad about me and calling me names. What kind of employee bad mouths their customers up front. And making me pay for their own mistakes. Terrible workers. Would not recommend and I will be letting others now about this experience.

If I could give 10 stars to the very young counter server from last night (March 20, 2019 around 7pm), I totally would!!! It was extremely busy and he handled it like a total pro. VERY polite and quick to serve as best as physically possible. This worker deserves commendation for sure! In fact, I believe this SO much that I tried calling the store today to let them know of it.This is where my low star rating comes in. If I could give negative stars for this part I absolutely would! I tried calling just before the lunch rush, and was asked to call back after 1pm. I waited til 1:15 to call and each time I tried, a person would pick up the receiver and slam it back down. It was not a glitch, you could tell it was deliberate. I tried 4 times.Because your staff refused to speak with me, I contacted Corporate Headquarters. Corporate knows both my commendation for the young worker as well as the poor customer service shown in today's phone calls. I was transferred to a supervisor in their office and he took down all my info and all the specifics and will be in touch with your location's owner as well as with me later.Recommendation: Answer your darn phone....you never know what you're going to get.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong. The raspberry fudge bliss was my favorite, but when you have to specifically say lots of extra raspberry" to even get it made half decent it's an issue. One time there was not even raspberry at all. Today I went to try a Choco dip strawberry blizzard

The new menu has been stripped of all the best and most interesting stuff; the new burgers are nearly devoid of veggies; their tossed side salad" was just some lettuce & chopped tomatoes; their new ice cream sauces are significantly lower quality. All the prices seem to have gone up - a family of 3 cost almost $60 for a burger & ice cream each. We won't be back."

My husband and I went to this Dairy Queen and the service was pretty good. The lady behind the counter was cool to talk with. The ordering process went fine. And we also heard the cashier talk with the cook about our order. We felt well taken care of. With this being said, all the employees looked like they just rolled out of bed, mostly the sweat/track pants they were wearing. When we got the food home, our order was wrong, husband ordered 6 chicken fingers and got four very small fingers and I asked for ranch dipping sauce (which comes with the meal) with mine and got none. We are very disappointed with our meal, even though it was tasty.... check your meals before going home.

This location is my go to in Medicine Hat. The drive through staff is rarely friendly but not necessarily rude. Today the girl that took my payment didn’t acknowledge us with words at all except after I payed by debit she handed me my parfait and said your blizzard is being made. The lady that brought us the blizzard was pleasant. Unfortunately the peanut buster parfait I got looks nothing like the many other ones I’ve had in the past. When did DQ start cheaping out on ice cream? Normally the ice cream fills at least half the lid this one barely goes above the cup. Not sure this is worth $6

Have always enjoyed the food here but so sad they discontinued the potato skins (which were the best in the city)
