Neepawa Bird Sanctuary
Good place to visit with kids or not. Peacocks, emu, geese, grouse, chickens, ducks plus a nice park to wonder through.

Nice place to have a picnic. Lots of space for the kids to run and play. Kids love watching the birds. There is a pit toilet but we were disappointed that is was so dirty inside. Otherwise a great experience.

Neepawa Bird Sanctuary
Loved this peaceful bird sanctuary alongside the pond with well kept walking trails. ....complete with an emu, goat & peacock barn donated by the Watson family. (Check for wood ticks!)

Me and my friend help out twice a week with maintaining the sanctuary and taking care of the birds. Nice place to spend an hour or so. There is also a park and a hiking/walking trail that you can go on.

Neepawa Bird Sanctuary
A fun little place to visit. Quite a few birds (and others...goats...cats...) roaming around. They're pretty docile, and the kids (baby goats) seemed to like visiting with people. There's also a small playground in the area, as well as an outhouse if you need it. There was ample parking, too.Worth a detour!

The sanctuary is small with a few birds including peacocks and emus. Volunteer run. The trails are well kept and there are plaques throughout telling the stories of the birds. Good place to stop for a short walk in nature
