My daughter and son-in-law received excellent service on the weekend of June 10/23 from Ralph and Kathy. They were both so helpful in assisting them in securing the total number of 40 8x4 sheets of shiplap we needed. Definitely the true definition of customer service! Sincerely appreciated their assistance. Highly recommend this store. Thank you both so much.

We use this location from time to time when at the cabin, I normally enjoy shopping at the store, we’ll stocked and payed out. However, recently had a frustrating experience buying a new gas drier. When we placed the order, I specifically asked if the conversion kit for propane was included, was assured by the sales person it was, upon delivery, no kit included. Called the store, was told that I would have to buy the kit separately from another supplier, plus $116. Why do the sales people not know about the products they are selling, In an area where a large percentage of appliances need propane conversion, why does HD not sell the kit in store. Now we’re stuck waiting another week for the part to arrive, on top of waiting for the gas technician.

I had one of the worst delivery experiences from Home Depot today. I ordered a set of shower doors online, which was supposed to include door/porch delivery. The delivery person left the shower doors in a snow bank at the end of the driveway. I have never been so disappointed in your services. I'm a senior and find it difficult to lift and carry heavy objects, that's why I opted for delivery. In order for the item not to get damaged or stolen, I had to load the product in my van and lug it into the house myself. Our driveway is approximately 400 meters long, is paved, and the house can be clearly seen from the road. I had a similar product delivered about a month ago, and it was left in the garage, which was what I was expecting this time. The driver asked for an extra $50 to help me carry the product inside, and I declined. I'm not sure if this was payback for not wanting to pay the extra $50 he wanted the last time, but it's very suspicious.

I came by to check out your Christmas decor. I seen these adorable gnomes. Unfortunately they were sold out. Fortunately, I ran into Tina who checked all locations and the warehouse. Sold out! I asked for the display, I was graciously told no. I was checking out when Tina found me and said the manager would allow the sale of the display. Tina scaled a ladder and delivered these adorable gnomes to me at the checkout. Thanks Tina, my grandchildren will be thrilled. We all need a special Christmas this year.
