My wife and I bought our first home from Lake Country Modular and it was an exceptional experience from concept design through to move-in day, and beyond. LCM quickly and efficiently helped us solve any minor issues we had (which were few) and made us feel like valued customers. I highly recommend them for your modular home purchase!

From the moment we started planning our new home build with LCM Homes, to the moment we took possession of our new home, the team was great to work with and did everything they could to accommodate our wishes. The home was delivered on time and we took possession the day we had scheduled. We have been very happy with our new home and have been pleased with the follow-up from LCM Homes regarding the few deficiencies that need to be looked after. Terrible, I wish I could give them zero stars. There are many problems with our home that we bought from LCM. Had them come to fix the problems several times and it seems they would show up pretend to work then leave. Their contractors are terrible and lazy, do not buy from this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had.They lied to me several times and even whined and complained about it when they were busted. Stay away, you have been warned.Why would I contact him? Are you going to fix everything??? Using a good contractor/ tradesman?

The team at LCM were superb and professional, they were very patient with us as we transitioned from our previous home! Andrea was so friendly and helpful, always available to talk to and answer any questions we had. We love our place and would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you LCM

We had a great experience from start to finish. The design team was easy to talk to and incorporated all of our changes. The pricing was well discussed and came in on the budget that we had from the beginning. The Quality control team has been back to attend to issues that are able to be dealt with on site and have placed photos and requests in for items that were not superficial and could not be dealt with on site.

From design to finish, both Kathy and I are very pleased with the outcome and finish of our new home. Andrea was great to work with from the initial stages of concept and design to creating a well layed out home. All the trades involved from excavation, electrical, plumbing, placement crew and finishing of exterior and interior were exemplary! Scott, Tom, Darla, Anthony, Josh and of course Iris were great to work with and all had caring atitudes. Robi was great at keeping everyone in sync and the project moving forward. Pretty much seamless though out the whole experience. Thank you all, a job well done!

Thank you so much for writing your reviews everyone as I went into the office approx two weeks ago for information on a new build. I spoke to a very nice lady that was at the front desk reception who was answering a few of my questions when their sales manager came out and interrupted her telling me who she was and then advised that she didn't have a a lot of time but that she could answer my questions. I then went out with the receptionist to look at the spec homes on site and was very happy with what I saw and was advised about a lot that was available down the road to go look at, which I immediately did. I then called back to the numbers on the sales managers card and no answer, and no call back but I did leave a message. I them called to reception as I was told that I could and that she could answer a couple of my questions regarding the lot, but the original receptionist wasn't there, the accountant was taking calls and was very rude and kept repeating that she would have to revert" my calls to the sales manager and to leave a message. I explained that I had just needed a couple of questions answered in regards to price etc but no one else could help. I called 1/2 a dozen times now over the last two weeks and had since learned that the lot is sold and that another one of the builds that we were looking at is gone. Yesterday was the last time that I called and explained how I had call numerous times now to get help and left another message with reception with my number

Great service right from the start. LCM homes gave us a delivery date and the house actually arrived a day early!! Very impressed with how accurate the timing was. As for the home itself, we couldn't have asked for anything better! Well built and very reasonably priced. We definitely couldn't have bought anything in our area for the same kind of money we spent on this home. The installer who finished the home was awesome and went above and beyond for us. Thanks again to the team at LCM for the great service! We definitely recommend this company.

Unfortunately, for what was supposed to be the biggest, most exciting and most important purchase of our lives, it turned out to be, quite possibly, the worst purchase we have ever made. Methane gas leaks, major plumbing issues, electrical problems beginning within the first week of move in until warranty was done at the one year mark. Some things were repaired begrudgingly and others were left for us to repair. Shoddy workmanship, poorly finished trim, doors with gaps, and so much more. The whole process was a bit of a nightmare. I'm sure there are companies with far superior product, better customer service and would leave you smiling with such a large purchase...LCM is definitely NOT one of them!
