Moving can be very stressful at the best of times. We recently required assistance to move a HUGE-1000 lb. Laser Engraving Machine into a basement, in an office building. After calling every mover in Thunder Bay who all turned us down, for the exception of one, Smart Muscles! Even though they were booked solid, they made the time for us, in-between their busy schedule. These guys were amazing! They showed up, ready to work and had a wonderful sense of humour while doing so. They managed to move this extremely huge and heavy, electronically sensitive machine into the basement flawlessly. The cost was also very reasonable. We tipped them well for a job well done! It is reassuring to know there is a professional moving company in Thunder Bay that lessens moving stress and actually cares. You guys rock! We give you 10 stars!!!

Smart Muscles did a long-distance move for me from Sault Ste. Marie to here in Thunder Bay. They were on time, super efficient, and just the nicest bunch of people. They packed my items onto the truck on a Sunday and unloaded on the Monday. The rates were also affordable. I'd happily hire Moe, Leonard, John, and Waleed again and plan to use them in the future for any moving needs.

I cannot recommend smart muscles enough! They are fast & take great care in moving your items! I am amazed they fit 900 square feet of home in a single load! Will definitely use again in the future! Good value for your money!

Hired Smart Muscles to move my basement apartment furniture and they came prepared with everything needed for an efficient move. Done in 2 hours and even accommodated my after work time request. Wrapped all my breakables in blankets and even shrink wrapped my couches! The guys were super friendly and professional. I will be using them for any future moves and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth move. Thanks again guys!

Smart Muscles moved furniture from 2 pick up locations for me in no time! I was amazed how quickly and happily they moved everything! Thank you so much for coming to move both of my pianos when none of the other movers in Thunder Bay would! I have one upright and one grand piano that needed to go up a flight of stairs to get into my house. Mu, Jon and Al did a great job. They were very efficient and my piano's were left without a single scratch! The grand is over 800 pounds and the legs, lid, and pedals needed to be reassembled (when you move a grand it has to be disassembled). None of the other movers I contacted in Thunder Bay know how to reassemble a grand piano so I'm so happy that you guys exist!

Highly recommend this moving company, especially if you move in town. They offer high quality moving with low price. They moved everything into a 1800 sf house in 4 hours including a piano.
