Excellent experience! Prices significantly cheaper prices than most other rental agencies - the cars are all new, well equipped and in great condition. Located conveniently close to the airport (and they provide a shuttle as well with really friendly drivers). The whole process from start to finish was quick and efficient. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Will definitely use this company again in the future, 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Zoom car rentals. Rented the car for a few days while traveling and upon return unfortunately found some damage I was unaware of. They helped me step by step through the process of getting my insurance to cover the damage. Extremely cordial and helpful through it all. Would definitely use this service again as it was also the cheapest option in the area. Car was clean and ran perfectly.

Full marks for these guys. Extremely friendly service. The car was immaculate. I returned the car and left Calgary on the day of an unexpected snowstorm last week, and they got me in and out of the store and to the terminal within 15 minutes at the most. The guys who run the place seem like they're all friends and that comes through in how they treat the customers. Highly recommended!

Do not rent from Zoom! They may seem cheaper, but they will scam you by cancelling your fully-paid reservation on arrival for no reason, telling you to wait for a refund, and then not agreeing to refund your money later on. Fortunately my credit card company stepped in and covered the unreturned payment after several months, but not after we had to pay for a last-minute rental. We otherwise intended to pursue them via small claims court. Not sure how this company is still in business. Max was very rude to us after our overseas flight, zero customer service skills.
