I Always go to Taylor Dr. Speirs for my Chiropractor appointments she is very professional and knowledgeable, she explains everything to me before she does it which makes me very comfortable definitely recommend her for anyone trying chiro for the first time. Gives stretches and exercise to do at home that are very helpful. She has helped me relive pain in my lower back and get my mobility back, would recommend her hands down!

My massage therapist was really nice and friendly. Usually, getting a massage can feel a little awkward for me, but not this time. She spoke to me like I was her friend and it made the experience really enjoyable. I felt a little sore after, but my back feels a lot better now!

I rated them a 1 Star because they are unreliable and cancel very often even same day. The manager Robyn has the I don't care attitude! Not a great place for DND or Veteran's service wise unless you don't Care LOL....

I had a prenatal massage at 38 weeks with Virginia Timmons this morning. As a fellow massage therapist I've had the opportunity to experience many different massage treatments and styles. I have to say, Virginia's was one of the best I've had! She found my problem areas right away and used the best mix of direct pressure and soothing techniques to relax me and melt the tension away while hosting a very calming environment. It was exactly what I needed, thank you so much Virginia, You're a gem!

I have been seeing Oliver for the past 2 months in regards to recovery from a broken ankle and intense swelling. After reading his bio online and seeing his experience with lymphatic drainage I booked an appointment immediately. I’ll be blunt. These sessions have literally changed my life. More so than the intense Physio I have been doing, my sessions with Oliver have given me back my range of motion, reduced my swelling and helped immensely with my gait. These aren’t relaxation sessions and I often think I might scream or cry, but I was looking for real work to be done and that’s what I get. Oliver takes the time to ask where I am having issues and is so incredibly gracious and knowledgeable about injuries and how they affect the rest of your body. I can’t recommend enough.
