Mila did a fabulous job my pedicure she took her time to make sure it was all perfect. Cindy is very great and welcoming and did a great job on my nails. Definitely will be back again.

One of the worst nail jobs ever gotten. Nails already breaking after one day!!! didn't even last two whole days.What a waste of money and time.

Such a terrible experience at JC nails today. I will never go back. I went in for a shellac pedicure and manicure and ended up leaving after my pedicure. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job, I asked her to redo my toes and she did but they looked even worse. After complaining to the manager on the way out, she offered to do them but with taking shellac off for the third time I couldn’t imagine what would have happened to my nail bed. She charged me the $40 and said she gave me a good deal. I will never go back to this nail salon and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

My daughter and her friend got acrylic nails done at this place today. Both techs were awful. Honestly they shouldn't have paid for them. The tech that did my daughters nails cut her and was extremely aggressive and rude!! My daughter's friend didn't even get what she asked for... see the pics below... she asked for green strip and got brown and white nails!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They should be ashamed and embarrassed for the work done!!! Beware and stay away from this place. Only put 1 star should not even get any at all! Worst experience these girls have ever had!

I came in to edit my review since I don’t want others to go through what I went through. I decided to treat myself and get a shellac pedicure and manicure today. But after the lady did my toes, I had to ask her to redo the nails as they looked horrible. She redid them and they looked worse than the first time. I notified the manager and she offered to redo my nails but I couldn’t imagine what would have happened to my nail bed after taking shellac off for the third time. I decided to leave and not do my nails. I will never go back to JC nails and wouldn’t recommend it to others. I should have listened to all the negative reviews I read beforehand but I decided to give them a chance. Never again.

Amazing first visit! Cindy did my acrylic nails, did a great job, I love the flower design. She was kind and chatty at times too. I got a pedicure and the women who did it was very sweet and talkative, my toes look perfect! I definitely will be going back. Nails looked amazing and service was spectacular!

Had an acrylic fill last Saturday. After I left I noticed that the finish was uneven and bumpy.. By Sunday evening (the next day) 2 nails were chipped and one broke off. I went in on Monday to have them fixed - They had to fix 6 of the nails - I asked for a nail polish change while they were correcting their work and the manager told me it would be an additional charge. I let it go until the nail tech applied a different shade of red (accidents happen- she was sweet). I asked to speak to the manager again (Michelle) who was very rude and argumentative about my request for the colour change- an absolutely obnoxious customer service experience.I am new to the area - I get nails and salon services done regularly. I like to find a regular place to go to…. Lost my business by speaking disrespectfully to me over colour change on 4 nails after I had to spend more of my time to come back in so they could correct poor quality work- Don’t bother with this place!

It was my first time at JC nail spa, everyone was very nice and friendly! Lan did an amazing job with my pedicure, she took her time and cared for every detail! Thank you so much!

As a first time customer and walk-in, I really liked the way that the owner Cindy welcomed me nicely into the store. She did my manicure in which I was satisfied with. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the services offered and about the business. I liked the fact that the business has Perks for special occasions and for the holidays. I highly recommend this place.

I went in this morning for a shellac mani and spa pedi. The ladies were lovely and I don't think I've ever been done so quickly! Quality was definitely not sacrificed with the quick appointment - my nails look amazing and I also got an incredible leg and hand massage. This was my first time here, but won't be my last!
