We have liked eastlink up until now but this service is garbage. We had a tech come out and switch out our modem yesterday morning (Friday) and then last night around 10pm the internet went down for no reason and hasn't come back up. East link is unable to provide a reason why it's down, any help to get it back up, and refuses to send out a technician until Wednesday at the earliest. We're losing money from our jobs not being able to work online or get any internet. This is absolutely unacceptable.
