Thank you Terry! For your great help in finding the right shoe for me. I was wearing the wrong shoe and was experiencing leg pain. If she didn’t ask, care and share her knowledge. I would still be searching for the wrong shoe. She was a big help and my treadmill walking is now enjoyable.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the service received at our Owen Sound store. I do not shop here on a regular basis by any means, but have recently had three visits with three different employees in the ski/service/sales department. These employees were very helpful, courteous, knowledgabe, and went out of their way to make my shopping experience very positive. Thank you so so much. I will make a point of visiting this store more often now.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Long story short- After a month of them having my racket to be restrung, paying for two sets of strings they were unable to string my badminton racket. I received a $30 Gift certificate that barely covers my cost of the strings and now I have to support them again to use up a gift certificate that I wanted cash back for. They would get 0 stars if that was an option.

Staff is always friendly and available to help; I've visited many times and had different associates help me and always the customer service is stellar. Pulling multiple boxes of shoes for my children in various sizes- always checking back in to see how they like the fit and style and offering suggestions or substitutions when needed.

Exchanged sizes of a pair of ladies Nike slides; young girl was super polite, checked to make sure they had the right size on their i-pad thing. Then I went to try them on, and a pair of runners.. the fellow was super great.. he said he was going to buy a pair of these runners for his girlfriend because he thought they were a nice looking shoe. At the counter the young girl was super delightful again and commented on the runners and said these were super nice.. when staff like the products that's in the store, I think it helps the consumer feel good about their purchase.

Wish I would have got the name of the 2 staff members that helped me today! Made a return of a defective jock I thought for sure because of its state and time frame I would not have been able to return it. Not only did they both agree it shouldn't have looked like how it did in the month my husbands had it but they were quick to get it returned and recommend options for him so he can be back on the ice in no time.

Awesome great customer service was there on june 22 2020, around 1 , purchase 2 pairs of shoes for my grandson. The chap who served us was terrific friendly obliging so glad he was wearing his mask,, a definite asset to sports check . also the cashier ellaena was great

Sales reps were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Didn't have to go looking for someone to help me and they weren't pushy. Store is clean and bright. I will recommend Sport Chek to everyone.
