Ebus Kamloops Ticket Office

Two great drivers today, on a long run from Vancouver into the interior. But very uncomfortable that the Kamloops office layover had no washroom facilities for us… And it's Sunday so the attached Mall facilities weren't open. They said, you can buy something in the nearby pub and then use their washroom." Hmmm."

Although, the bus was running an hour late from Kelowna to Kamloops they promptly called and informed. Driver was an absolutely great human, he promptly advised on arranging taxi ride in Kamloops and insured passengers were not left out waiting in cold -15 C. I appreciate the safe ride back home and excellent service from the bus driver, both stellar!

I’ve taken Ebus many times to and from Vancouver/Kamloops and I’ve always had a great experience. The drivers are very friendly and the buses are always clean and comfortable.

Well I must say, from Kamloops to Merritt, and then 2 days later Merritt to Prince George , great service all around. Fantastic drivers and service over the phone ticketing too. That being said, Anyone getting connections early am and late please be aware that many of the locations do not have stations that are open or 24 hour restaurants etc nearby. ( myself and 2 others waited in Kamloops outside the McDonald’s for 5 hours after a train from Vancouver). Also, I had difficulties and discrepancies with the Ebus website so had to book through the phone. I have to give a VERY special thank you to Shiraz who was amazing and went above customer service standards in many ways for us!! Helped a stressful travel day become a little easier and happier!!

Everyone I've interacted with was very nice, there are seats for waiting and food around if you have a transfer. There are also washrooms pretty close and they get everyone aboard quickly and easily.

Really impressed. Clean, efficient, easy booking, pleasant agents, warm comfy seats. My first bus trip in 10 years, and would do it again. Kamloops to Kelowna BC

This is the third time I've gone through this office. It's a great place with professional staff. They are ready and willing to help with questions you have, or disability assistance you may need. Staff are consistently kind and helpful, even after dealing with unruly passengers (the second time I was there, a man had to be removed from our bus for drunkenly berating an attendant.) I'm very impressed by how they handled that.

Booked my daughter a ticket to Edmonton. Whent this morning to take my daughter to ebus sahali to catch her bus. We got there early and whent to the door the guy came out said they can't let us in until 730, but thats when the buss was supposed to leave. 730 finally came around he unlocked the Door and let us in told us to line up then I see the buss leave. I said hey that's my daughters buss to Edmonton he's like oooo o thought u where going to Vancouver. So I had to get my daughter back in truck and chase after buss thankfully the driver stopped and let her on. But wowbwhat horri le aervice at gjis location. The guy was no help

places to sit and outlets for charging. staff was helpful and the washrooms were clean. Mall was fairly dead but that Burger Cafe Joy was remarkable while youre waiting!

I ve been a weekly customer of ebus since they started operations in Kamloops; I use them as much as two to three times a week to go to vancouver n kelowna for my work. I ve had little to no issues with them until recently this winter. Now to be fair to ebus kamloops, they officially open for business by around 745am but customers like me and others especially seniors get there as early as 720am.My complaint is that with the frigid kamloops temperature in the mornings, they leave customers waiting in the cold until 745am despite the fact that they have their staff in the office doing whatever they do in the morning. Common sense dictate that u give ur customers shelter from the cold to wait to board even if u re not open for operations. Imagine going to the airport to wait outside in the cold until u re ready to board your flight.Ebus Kamloops, I know u can do better and take this kind observation under advisement. FYI, in summer, I m sure we won't mind waiting outside but winter is a whole different ballgame.
