stay away from this company !!service after sale is terrible they make you wait months for repairs kitchen cupboards installed crooked and they are not fixing itthey take payments up front because once your done paying they don't take care about you anymoreincase you come back with i am not a client i have a bill to prove it !

We bought a kitchen which was still under warranty. The initial purchasing experiencing was good. But one of the kitchen cabinet doors basically developed a quality problem after a while. And while still under warranty, they wouldn't stand behind their product, honour the warranty. The quality is basically poor and so is the after sales service.

My review is based on my recent experience with Audrey C from Cuisines Action Boucherville. I was sent to her through my builder and from the beginning, she was very understanding that my French was pretty sub par. Meeting her in person was a breeze. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything (even offered to bring someone to translate but we managed :)). I don't think I was able to properly communicate my appreciation for her patience in French, but I truly do want to thank her again for her help! Looking forward to my new kitchen and bathroom.

RUN. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.I really regret going with this company.1. My cabinets were dinged on the corners at delivery and contacting after-sales for 3 weeks now and now replies to emails, calls, or messages. Utterly unprofessional.2. Installation is done by a third party. It was done really poorly and they were also not wearing masks or call ahead. My date for installation was mixed up (on their end), so it was delayed. When they did come they did not complete the whole kitchen (only 75% is done, I have no uppers) and after countless calls, emails, more calls no one on their after-sales team has emailed me. I have literally sent dozens of emails at this point. When I call them they are flippant and do not offer solutions. Absolutely unacceptable level of incompetence. And I never get any answers for anything.3. They will bill you, but nothing on the bill is itemized. You have NO idea how much everything is costing so it is impossible to make comparisons.4. My designer is great but unfortunately with the COVID renovation fad, she is also very busy and missed some requests I made.5. When I asked if I could just install the last of the cabinets myself, they said it would void the warranty on ALL the cabinets. So now I have been stuck with a mess of a house for a month.6. They don't tell you who you can email or contact for anything. And everything is super disorganized so you will have 8 different contacts for every little thing and it's impossible to communicate with them. It's super frustrating.There are a lot of other great local design companies that will actually have follow through and take pride in their workmanship. Don't trust Armoire Cuisine Action with such an important and expensive part of your home. I am profoundly disappointed in my experience with them and hope that the people reading this review not receive the undue stress that I have gotten by choosing another company.

Very satisfied with our first experience with Cuisines Action. From the design of our laundry room to the installation, everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them for any project. We will be going back once we are ready to renovate our kitchen!

One of the best purchase experiences ever.I had my whole kitchen cabinets with Christine, and she was smart, knowledgeable, professional, fast, detail-oriented and even patient. On top of that, she was really good at reading what a customer wants.Although she couldn't speak English fluently and I couldn't speak French either, that didn't affect any of my wonderful experience with her.She pointed out what I might be missing as it was my first kitchen project. And she gave me suggestions WHEN I required for one, which was super helpful as well.I'm very excited to have my new kitchen thanks to her.

I was there on Oct 23 (around 3:40pm). I had just moved into a condo with the new kitchen cabinets installed by Cuisine Action, and I was suggested to go there from the after-sales service to fix some minor issues related to it. I just wanna say when I first went in there, I was greeted warmly, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. I was honestly impressed by the service offered. And of cuz, he has resolved my issues as well. Thank-you again.

I had the worst experience ever! I would not recommend. They added 1000$ to the bill they sent to my contractor thank god I caught it... looked like a fraud attempt. Additionally they installed a melamine filler even though my kitchen cabinets are made out of polyester. It took them 3 months to come and fix it. The melamine filler looked yellow compared to the rest of cabinets. Feels like they installed it hoping I wouldn't notice??
