Never had any issues with the pharmacy here, they always communicate clearly, and everything is ready on time or within a timely manner. The store itself is great as well, it’s a smaller location so selection on products is a bit smaller but that’s to be expected. Overall well run and a great go too.

This location is wonderful the staff are super friendly, and give you good knowledge on prescriptions. The staff here really seem to enjoy what they do and always seem happy! I would recommend this location over the Sackville drive location.

Staff are great; very friendly and helpful. The clinics within are quick and organized. But it's crazy the number of times I've gone and their debit/credit is down (often with no signage letting you know until you've waited in line and are ready to pay). Again, not the fault of the staff (I'm sure it's a pain for them, too) but kinda tired of wasting time stopping at this location only to find out I have to go somewhere else.

Awful customer service from management on July 3, 2022. Don’t know if this “lady” was still hungover from Canada Day but she wouldn’t be there today. Very useless person.EDIT: Looking at other reviews the rude staff seems to be an issue at this location. Shame as it’s so central.PLEASE RE-HIRE!!!!!

I was at the store today at 9:40 pm and I was gonna buy the AirPods at $329.99 so I asked the lady (was an old women) can you please get me the AirPods she was rude, and says the guy who has the keys he’s doing closing stuff in the back and he’s busy so come back tomorrow, and finally she says we close at 10 pm and the time was 9:40 pm, what kind a customer service is that ? I only come to Bedford location but I’ll never come again not me not any of my family, thank you for the great service

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. I have not once had a bad experience. The staff is always so kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the pharmacist team is amazing. I go out of my way to come here because I enjoy this particular location so much. Thank you to your team and management for years of amazing service.
