The daily deals are great value, I really hope they stick around. The food is really good and I love the selections/ customisation. The ordering process has a way to go, with so many options I wish there was a tablet ordering system or something to make it easier for both customers and staff. I can imagine it'd be really slow if there were more than a few customers in line.

Portion size is good.Great onion rings. The chicken fried steak burger is great!Customer service was disappointing. The Girl just took my order. Never asked what I wanted on the burger. She just assumed lettuce and tomatoes. I had to ask if I could put other toppings and even then it felt like I was putting her out. So great food. A tad expensive. Poor customer service.

Very tasty.... fresh patties make for moist burgers. Well seasoned. Lots of toppings to choose from, but the burger is so flavourful you don't need much on it. The onion rings are also delicious. Not a bargain burger joint by any means, but worth every dime. We will definitely be back.

Probably first, and last time here. It's not that it isn't good, but I like choosing a burger that already has toppings chosen. I get it's nice to create your own, but I might as well stay home for that. Most of the free toppings are sauces, or spices anyway. The burger, and fried chicken had decent flavour though. Run of the mill sweet potato fries. For the price, and no wow factor to bring me back, I most likely won't be back, unless it's for the desert in the other half that isn't south st. Burger.

The best burger joint in Niagara Falls. Love the ambience. It’s always clean. The staff is all smiles. They cook your patties right when you order and the ingredients are fresh. Kudos to the management!

Amazing Quality!!! Fantastic taste!!! Very Intriguing design!!! Honestly I have no negative thoughts about this place. Kept seeing this place on my trips to, and from Costco. So today my boyfriend and I stopped by to try some burgers with some onion rings. So delicious and juicy. The sauce with the onion rings was bomb, and the prices were great. Definitely worth the stop for our little lunch date. We will be back!
