Marisa is amazing! I needed someone to care for my pets while I was away. I dont trust alot of people to come into my home but I knew I could trust Marisa. She kept my animals so happy the entire time I was gone and was in communication with me daily everytime she came to care for them. I can tell she really loves what she does. I will definitely hire again in the future and I reccomend her to anyone in need of pet sitting or house cleaning! Thankyou Marisa for caring for my pets as much as I do ❤ the stress of needing someone to care for my animals while I'm away is now gone!

Came home from a 3 week vacation to a clean house!! What a great feeling. Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were so clean. Not to mention the garbages were all emptied, and everything was tidy. Thank you Honest Cleaning!!

We are so lucky to have found Marisa! Having just moved to the area, we were looking for a new dogsitter for our senior dog, Ava. Ava recently has lost her hearing and it's been a while since she was in daycare (because of the pandemic) so she was very anxious her first day at Marisa's. Marisa was a great comfort to Ava and helped her to eventually relax, and kept me updated with pictures throughout so that I wasn't worried about my pup. Already booking our next stay with Marisa!

I wanted to share my review because I think it's important that not only the business owner be made aware (again) of how her business impacted me but that potential future customers are made aware should this unfortunately happen to them also!I used Honest Cleaning Services for our Townhouse several times, here are the issues that caused me to stop using their services:1. You have to pay per cleaner so sometimes there would be 3 girls that would show up and I would know I would have to be paying a bit more but I rationalized it's fine because they should be able to get the house done much quicker! That was never the case, it would take 2.5 hours or more between the 3 of them to do incredibly basic cleaning (ie: mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms and countertops.) I didn't ask for anything extra like floor boards, dusting, polishing etc.2. There were a couple instances where the cleaners couldn't finish all the work, yes they offered to come the next day but between 3 people they should absolutely be able to finish in under 2.5 hours. It's also an inconvenience with a toddler to have to find somewhere to go so that they can finish a job I feel they should have had no issue doing previously.3. Every clean was a different cleaner so you'd have to explain every time your cleaning needs. One time there were 3 girls that were maybe 16 that took over 2 hours and still couldn't get the house clean. They even told me they had to leave because they were late for their next cleaning job and told me the company they were going to.When I brought up these 3 main issues with the owner she was incredibly defensive and not understanding at all. She informed me that my townhouse has unique and complex needs that sometimes they can't finish it. The front entrance she said had gravel that was too hard to clean which is why it was left multiple times.This to me makes zero sense.I was told my expectations on feeling as though the house could be done quicker and more thorough was unrealistic.Which at first I actually felt bad and thought I was being ridiculous, but upon asking neighbors that use other companies I came to realize the owner was honestly just gaslighting me rather then taking ownership for anything.I wasn't really offered any sort of solution or understanding other then a small discount off the total amount.It's not about the money, it's more about taking responsibility and caring to make changes that make everyone happy.I understand wanting to defend your staff and there can be problematic clients that complain about anything but that wasn't the case with me.I wanted super basic cleaning done within a reasonable time and wanted the cleaners to care about the work they are doing.The messages on Whatsapp I received from the owner I believe were completely unprofessional and crossed several professional boundaries.Since then, I switched to a different company, MaidPro. I was skeptical but being new to having cleaners what a difference! Literally night and day compared to Honest Cleaning.2 girls can get my entire house done under 2 hours, 1.5 hours to be exact. They even have extra time to make the beds, fold the towels really cute and do little extras that I didn't ask for nor require, but it's really nice! They also assign me the same cleaners every time so the girls know the routine every time and get faster and faster. It's also cheaper then what I paid at Honest Cleaning and never once could their vacuum not clean the gravel in my front entrance.It's unfortunate I didn't have a great experience with Honest Cleaning seeing how many good reviews they have. I'm not sure what determines the quality they put forth with certain customers and not others but it didn't go well with me. Wouldn't recommend!

Marisa watched our 3 cats while we were away for a week. She was very professional and kind. We trust her with our cats and our home. She was easily reachable if we needed to communicate and she sent us daily updates which sometimes included photos of our cats playing which we really appreciated. We plan to use her again in the future and highly recommend her!

I found Marisa on Rover and immediately she responded and we arranged a time to meet so she could get acquainted with our dog.We dropped our dog off in the day and she had an absolute blast.Marisa was very communicative and flexible. I would definitely recommend and entrust her to watch our dog again!

I noticed a coupon flyer for this company posted at our community mailboxes Fall 2022. I took advantage of the promo and booked a pre-Christmas clean. Akbret worked her butt off and left my home in pristine shape just in time for holiday event hosting. I called them up again in April 2023 after realizing my home was filthy and I was too busy to clean it myself. Akbret saved the day yet again. She took the initiative to de-grease my kitchen light fixture after dusting and noticing it was greasy.
