We would like to thank your Vancouver Island installation team (Trent, Andrew & Tom) for an excellent job. We replaced 19 windows and two patio doors. The workmanship, communication and addressing our concerns was well beyond what we were anticipating. Their attention to details was very professional. There were a couple of unexpected issues that came up and they went above and in our opinion, beyond to ensure we had the best possible job they could do. They cleaned up as they went so dust and debris was kept to a bare minimum. Thank you again for the quality windows and installers.

We contacted West Coast Windows and a few other companies in Victoria a few months ago for a quote. Keith came to our place to give a quote and we ended up going to the showroom as well to take a peak at all the windows displayed. We decided to go with West Coast Windows as the windows really showed the best quality from all vendors we have spoken to.Today was installation day... Tom and Roy arrived early to install the two large windows and they look... AMAZING! We could immediately notice the difference in the sound that comes from the street and the windows are truly beautiful. Tom and Roy were both super respectful and left my place clean! 100% recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a nice new showroom right here in Sidney and the products are made just across the Georgia Straight in Tsawwassen. The big thing for me was that the company is owned and operated by a BC family and not a large holding company or off-shore investors like other Victoria window companies.
