Came to Beth's for a crucifix repair it was my first time in the shop I have to say they all were very nice and on top of great customer service. The pendent came back looks great the price for the repair was alot lower then expected great prices along with a great shop filled with employees who care very satisfied and look forward to doing more business thanks to all at Beth's. Highly recommended great selections of all different types of jewelry

This was my first experience with Beth's Jewelry Shop. I traveled 20 miles for my first appointment with Beth. My local jeweler had retired and my last jewelry purchase, 4 years ago, was with a big box jeweler. I was just not happy with the look and style of my ring. Beth is very creative! No style is ever out of the question. She can work with any piece of jewelry to uniquely fit your personality. She will contact several buyers to see that you get the best value and quality for the piece of jewelry you are going to be purchasing. Beth understands you are making a commitment, and will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Her customers trust her opinions, and are confident knowing the final product will be something they will love to wear! She is not only a jeweler, but a local business owner for over 25 years, and a friend to all in her community. That was evident, as I watched customers come and go in her shop. She makes it a personal visit as well as business. She is an exceptional community member! I am now proud to call Beth my personal jeweler and friend!

Understand what you are buying and what you are going there for. In terms of jewelry. Overall for a smaller town, the prices reflect as expected. Turn around time is a bit lengthy but not too outrageous. Courteous employees and helpful. Nice appearance and clean store. My personal experience outcome was not what I had hoped since my gold necklace couldn't be repaired, but I understand they are the professionals and accept what it is. I would give them another try in future if I needed anything else repaired hoping they would get the job done.

So, I am down 1 Bulova watch after a battery swap here. I brought my Marine Star in for a new battery, and the o-ring was not correctly re-installed afterward. Needless to say, it flooded the moment it saw water again. I brought it back to the shop, where they dried it out and got it running, but the damage was done. The chlorine had eaten the face off the hands and stained the watch face. I was told that even though it says 100 meter water resistant, it was my fault for taking it into water. Mind you, this is after I've worn that same watch into the Gulf, the Carribean, the Atlantic, pools, lakes and down to 60 feet during my dive cert and never had an issue. The solution I was given was to simply toss my $350 watch aside and buy one of the Citizen watches that they sell. Not OK. If you make a mistake, at least correct it properly. Now I'm down my daily driver that had served me well since 2018.

Amazing experience! I wanted to customize my wedding ring and add my mother's diamonds. The thought of a jewelry store shipping off one of my most precious items terrified me. Beth never ships it off and does all work/repairs on sight. Customer service to the guarantee, incredible! I will never go anywhere else! ❤️

Beth was so helpful when my future son in law was looking for the perfect ring setting for my daughter! Always responded quickly, even when we needed the box with the light in it on her day off! Great service, beautiful store and fair prices!

Not only is Beth a great aunt, she's also an amazing businesswoman. Always providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks into the shop. My husband bought my engagement/wedding ring set from her and she knew exactly what I would like. She's our go-to if we have any problems with our jewelry, especially when it needs to be resized. I had a beautiful mystic topaz that I bought from the dells, and she helped me find the perfect setting for it. You will never find another jeweler who presents such caring and kindness to her customers.

Love there service. It can be hard to find a jeweler that fixes jewelry in-store instead of shipping out, and this is one of them. I am so pleased with the work they did fixing an old ring that means the world to me. They were reasonably priced and fixed it in a timely manner. Very pleased and will go back!

Best jewelry store I’ve been too in a long time and fantastic customer service and the ring my girlfriend and I got was beautiful definitely will be coming here again
