Park Inn Motel

Best experience ever. We showed up late, worried about a travel bag on our jeep and with a dog. To find out it wasn't pet friendly, but the owner let us off with it and upgraded us to a suite. Then even let us park in his personal garage, so we wouldn't worry about our stuff ! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are driving across Canada! So comfortable!

Wonderful accommodations! Super clean, awesome beds and lovely showers! Definitely will make it a regular stop on our annual vacation.

Came to visite the in-laws for Easter. Very clean rooms, the only thing I have to complain about is that we only had 2 big towels, 1 small and 1 face cloth and that's not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. But we still enjoyed our stay

Don’t let the outside scare you off. They are currently renovating. Our room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable the pillows perfect. The sheets were pressed and smelt clean and heavenly for sleeping. Will totally recommend and when back in Kap will stay there. And close to Tim’s and a great bar and grill

This place is surprising. The rooms are big and the bathroom was bigger than any other hotel I've been in. Its not fancy, but it is very clean, comfortable and quiet. I will stay here again when I'm in the area. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was good however the service is very poor. I left a $150 pillow behind, called Bonnie the same evening to let her know, and she acknowledged having the pillow in her possession. I asked if she would be kind enough to mail it to me and charge my credit card for the shipping. She said she would, although I found it strange that I had to ask her if I could give her my address before she hung up. I suspected she had no intentions of mailing it to me. Caller a few weeks later to ask if it was shipped, and she said she had been very busy and didn't have time to get it out. Called again in early June, said she would ship it, and I still don't have my pillow.She intentionally lied to me, and never had intentions on shipping me the pillow. This is very poor customer service, and so inconsiderate! Where is the human touch???I love going to Kapuskasing for snowmobiling but will never stay here again.

Stayed here on my long drive to my sisters in July 2022. I drove 14.5 hours in one day and made it here. The customer service was amazing. I was shown to my room right away and the bed was super comfy and I felt very safe and comfortable here. And the bathroom… was the biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel! Cheers!

This motel was hard to describe. The room was big, clean, and I liked that on the ground floor you could park right outside your room to access your car if needed. However, there was a strange odor in hallways that kind of put me off. Also there seemed to be very high security in the office which meant a long time to get registered. I am not sure why the security was so stringent.

From the outside, the motel appears a bit rundown. Once you get into your room, that’s a whole different story! Spacious rooms, ultra clean, well-designed, luxurious bed and bedding.... but best of all, the jacuzzi tub! Location was excellent too. Just can’t say enough about my very reasonably priced stay at the Park Inn. Oh, and quiet too, with lots of free parking. Just don’t let the exterior fool you - maybe that’s next on their list of beautifying this property. Loved it!

Cute, clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Only gave 4 stars because we could not get any hot water to either of our rooms.
