KOKO Nail&Lash Bar

Great place for acrylic nails, they are fast but precise, they are good but not expensive. Their staff are friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend.

Had a manicure at KoKo. The technician was super miserable and unfriendly. She didn’t even finish doing my nails before she moved on to the next person. Not even 24hrs later and almost all my nails have chipped. She also drilled my cuticles which ruined them further.

I was able to book an appointment last minute. My nail technician was Mimi and she did such an amazing job! She was extremely careful and meticulous with her job. Will definitely come back to see her!!

I’m so picky I learned how to do my own nails but my boyfriend insisted on treating me and he might grow to regret it. Angela did a lovely set of acrylic extensions on me and I love them! She was super nice, gentle and professional. I’ll be back! :)

Never ever come to this store! It is the WORST lash I have ever had! The ugliest lash and the most terrible service! The lash style is ugly and out of style, and the staff spoke the language you don’t understand. I asked them to take off the lash immediately but the glue hurt my eyes a lot. I had to go to doctor and use medicine to get better. I teared a lot and felt extremely uncomfortable with the pain. They wasted my up to 3 hours time and still charged me $63.5, but I didn’t wear the lash for a second. And I had to spend $200 to make my eyes feel better. If you don’t wanna be blind, never come to this horrible place!

My nails after 24 hours. Ready to be done again. The lady who made my nails painted them really bad. Lots of nail polish on my fingers and cuticles, not evenly on nails. One picture is after 12 hours, another one after 24 h, last one 30 h.But I’m giving 5 starts for another lady who works there, such a sweetheart! She tried very hard to fix my nails as much she could - she removed all nail polish from my fingers and cuticles, she tried so make the edges of the nail polish look evenly. It looked better after her touch ups. She made nails for my friend - they were very well done, color holds well.I think it depends who makes your nails in that place. You might be lucky, or not.

If you are considering going here, look at the negative reviews first because they are ACCURATE. I had a horrible experience. The nail tech was so careless and aggressive. I got the almond shape extensions and all my nails are different lengths and the sides are uneven. She was so aggressive with the filing that my cuticles started bleeding and she did not care when she saw the blood and just said oh sorry" and wiped the blood away and continued. When she finished with the polish she asked me if I wanted a design and I said "I don't know

I have two suggestions for the KOKO Nail team. First, it would be great if each employee had a designated title or name, so we can easily address them when expressing praise or constructive feedback. Second, I propose separating the payment for manicure and pedicure services. This would allow customers to tip differently for each service, as sometimes satisfaction levels may vary.Today, during my visit, the pedicurist did an excellent job, just like last time, and there's no reason to complain. However, when I kindly requested the manicurist to trim two of my nails that were longer than the others, she became angry and threw the nail clippers into her box. I am a regular customer at KOKO Nail, visiting twice a month, and I have never encountered such behavior from any of the employees before. They have always been very professional, and I never had to repeat my preferences. However, today I felt hesitant when requesting a more rounded shape. Despite reminding the manicurist three times, my nails ended up with a mix of rounded/oval and squared oval shapes. Additionally, the nail polish application is not uniform on some nails.

I have gotten my nails done here a few times, rose does an amazing job each time. Great service and beautiful nails.
