I sold my house, the new buyers chose her. I told her when I went for the session if it could be in English, so that I could understand, she said yes but slowly drifted to French. I was going through a separation, I didn’t want to be in the same room with the ex, she said she would email me the documents, she never did. She was holding money for some things that had to be repaired. She never communicated with me,to let me know what’s happening,if there’s any money refunded. After 3 months of selling, I contacted her, I got the bills, I think the new buyers are paying the balance,waiting for a response. I asked for the documents in English (they’re important) I got them in French. She didn’t represent me well, didn’t feel safe with her (even though I paid for her services)Not satiied at all

J'ai fais affaire avec eux pour plusieurs services au cours des 8 dernières années (achat immobilier, vente, procuration, testament)Le service est impeccable.

Beaucoup trop dispendieux. Pour les mêmes services, j’ai payé 400$ de moins. J’ai faisait mon testament chez Lavoie et je le regrette, j’aurais dû magasiner!
