This is probably the only gas station where you could find fault with at least three pumps per day. Pumps won't accept cards. Pumps would be out of order. You would think a place as busy as this in midtown would make sure they take care of their equipment, but nope.

Stop, pump petrol, pay, be back on your way.(Several grades of petrol at each pump to choose between.)(A small shop with items I barely ever glance at.)(An attendant who is pleasant, and polite.)(Easy street access in all directions, thanks to the traffic control lights)

Convenient location, clean store, and easy to exit on to side street with light which is safer than pulling on to main road if you need to make a south on Mt. Pleasant.

I probably spend a out 3 thousand dollars a year at Esso. I stopped going to the competitor after blackout back the early 2000s. I like Esso primarily because I can use my PC Optimum card and get points.

Very rude cashier at night. Bought gas and the male who was on personal phone through his earpods while serving the customers. Was here on Sunday night August 21st, 2022. This gas is located in a nice neighborhood there's no point going there if you're are not welcome. A message to the male cashier if you ain't happy then get another line of work, period! Instead of yapping on the phone perhaps emptying the overflowing garbage dispensers right outside of the front door. Cleaning the filthy overused washroom and make the place more welcoming. The floor to the cashier is sticky and also filthy. C'mon are you there to sleep or to get the job done!

Excellent customer service. The store manager personally phoned to follow up on a price discrepancy query mere days from submitting the question via Esso website. Thank you for following through on your customer service promise. Will recommend this station to friends and neighbours.
