Had been a regular patron here until a mistake was made where i had ordered 2 take out chicken tacos. Was given fish. Was asked to bring it back which was a cross town trip, and time consuming to end up arguing with the store manager in front of nearly a dozen other customers. Asked for a refund and was paid $30 in change. The purchase was made using order ritual online, my credit card information was compromised the very next day with online purchases in the area. I'm sad to say that while I did enjoy their food, the customer service is inadequate and untrustworthy. I will not be going back.

First time trying this place good food with friendly staff, I tried fish tacos and a big shrimp burrito both were very good specially the fish tacos will be back next time I'm in town

Stopped by FB last night for dinner on way home. Four of us had different burritos, but all had the same experience, it was outstanding! Everything is fresh, and served at the right temperature. I highly recommend it! Looking forward to going back to try a different burrito next week. Posting the link to FB website so you can order and pick up.

They mess up a LOT of orders on Valley eats when it comes to adding stuff you asked them not to have IN your food to begin with.

We’ve been here a few times and our experience was terrible every time. The food tastes bland, they’ve managed to screw up our order every time we’ve been. The service is also very slow and food isn’t even hot when it’s served to you.

Edit: This place used to be so delicious but the last few times I’ve visited, the burritos are almost all rice…at $16 a burrito on valley eats… I’d except to see more meat

The worker sat in the back after looking at me as I walked in. He was on his phone talking to his friend with AirPods in. I said hello twice and he plainly ignored me. Not coming back. Wish I could give 0 stars

Honestly tried this place 3 times incase it was just a bad day or someone was slacking. Terrible burritos, I’m not cheap and worried about quantity or how much this or that, something doesn’t have to be stuffed to taste good. Terrible there is no flavour tastes like bitter mush. I will not recommend this place to anyone when there is superior burrito places like guac mucho burrito or quesada. Please don’t eat here your taste buds deserve better.
