Great customer service. However my skin did breakout right after my wax session; wouldn’t suggest if you have sensitive skin.

I had AMBER at the location downtown and she was AMAZING. just go to her. I had my first Brazilian wax with her and she made me forget a little bit what was happening. Plus no side effects and she was very thorough. My friends and I went at the same time and their experiences weren't as good as mine (patches and burns and remaining wax still on skin) so I recommend Amber

Amber was very knowledgable, personal able and an absolute delight to be a client of. She used her time incredibly well; my appointment was done within an hour for 3 services. Very impeccable attention to detail and provided a comfortable setting. Could not be happier with the end result of Amber's applied skills. Would recommend to friends! Thanks for the great wax.

Have been a lover of smooth wax bar since the opening in London. Now that they have a location in UCC, it is made my life super easy! Perfect location for students or anyone living in the North end. The staff are always professional and very personable... I would definitely recommend Wendy, she is thorough and friendly :)

This was my first time with Jessica. I didn't like her as much as the other lady. I think her name is Amber. When I went home, I noticed areas where all the hair wasn't removed. Amber does a much better job at making sure all the hairs are gone.

This location is so convenient if you go to Western University and the prices are quite affordable for students. I've recommended them to friends and they love their services too!
