Horrible. No one has returned any cars. The car my family rented got wont be able to pickup a family member coming from the airport. Who will be stranded in the city. Say they are trying to get it sorted. They should have systems placed, so this doesn't happen. What's the point of a rental place if no one can be guaranteed their rental will be there for them.Update, they weren't able to get a car til 3/4 through the time it was rented for. This was supposed to be a trip to the city to pickup someone up from the airport. Also a nice stayover at a hotel and shopping to get done. We have very limited time to get time off work and are excursion was completely ruined. Enterprise is only willing to give us a free upgrade next time we use their services. Why would we want to use then again after this terrible experience. We are out money for a hotel. Which they seem to not care about.If this happened past Oct there isnt even Greyhound to rely on for people to get to town from the airport.Terrible experience. Will tell people to not use their services cause it is awful.

Stopped by with a small issue on a rental from another location and they bent over backwards to make it right. Mr Kliment, the assistant manager, was very responsive and accomodating. Special shoutout to Brittany for taking us to local restaurant while they dealt with the issue. A+ on all fronts.

Reserved a pick-up truck online showed up and the guy trys to stick me in a Cherokee lol how is that similar still trying to wrap my head around that one. They said they hadn't had a truck available for a couple week's, ok so why was I not notified (don't tell me it was Sunday cause u still had half a day Monday) goofs waste a customer's time like that, do your job report what isn't available so customer's don't reserve and get disappointed or time wasted.

Great serviceMy flight was delayed last their closing time. Left a placard on the car for me and the contract and keys inside. Very helpful, efficient, pleasant to deal with. It's another reason Enterprise is my go to car rental company
