Such a great thing that something moved into that empty Plaza that we had Target in for a long time. And it's Pleasant that it's Tim Hortons and I like the way they've set it up and it's clean it's beautiful it's very open the people that are running the store or friendly and kind. I have complaints at all about this and I wish it the best I hope that it keeps going the way it is and of course I'll keep visiting so I'll know but for now it's I'm giving it a 5 out of five bathrooms spotless by the way.

Waited 15 minutes at drive thru. Went to pay for my order with interac but the machine kept adding digits when I hit 1 digit. She told me to correct it. Tried again and did the same thing. Wouldn't take my pin. She kept telling me to try again. I'm like there's obviously something wrong with the machine. She agreed they were having difficulty with it and she said we're doing our best! There was no sign at the drive-thru sting this. Why didn't the change up the debit machine????Anyway I held up the line and ended up leaving without my order in frustration and disappointment

A very new Tim Hortons with a lovely set up and atmosphere.The food was really good and the staff very friendly.We were also impressed with the decor and very clean washrooms.

New Tim Horton's location in the southeast side of the town. We stopped by at the drive through in early April not long after opening and were impressed by the speed and service we received. Located on the north end of the Settlers Ridge Centre near Toulon St.

Another great new location with excellent staff and a high level of cleanliness. Don’t let the local high school customers dissuade you from coming during the busy times as the Tim Hortons workers are highly efficient and the wonderful, mannerly students are used to marking the most of the short breaks.

This Time Hortons in Smith's Falls is very new and it boasts a clean and friendly atmosphere. The drive thru is what I used the day I attended there and it was very quick in comparison to other Timmys I have attended. The staff were well trained, and seemed happy to be there. The food as per usual Timmy's was good, and the prices we4e a little high but for the quality fair, exactly what you would expect from every Time Hortons you go to.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. Not sure her name, but there was a tall, blonde, older lady with glasses who was serving me last week when I went in. I am an 18 year old student and I was babysitting a family of four when i went into the restaurant. The kids were simply getting a doughnut, and I had talk with them about good behaviour before even entering the restaurant.To this i was very pleased because The kids were extremely quiet, waited there turn in line, and we’re very well behaved. After placing our order, The kids sat down at a table and the Lady who was serving us gave me a nasty look and basically threw the bagged donuts at me. I am not being dramatic…. She slammed it on the table and aggressively slid it across and had I have not put my hand out to stop it,, it would’ve fallen right onto the floor. she aggressively walked away and when she came back (about five minutes later not acknowledging that I was still standing there), I simply said “Sorry to bother you but can i please have a knife?”It was at this point where she stopped and squinted at me. Very obviously Rolled her eyes, and turned around with a snarl. I was disgusted because the kids and I did absolutely nothing to deserve this type of customer service. I don’t usually like writing angry reviews but I was in disgusted with the way that this woman had treated me . Others in the restaurant noticed, and made a comment to me as well, Apologizing and saying it was wrong. I understand we are all trying our hardest during these times but there’s no excuse for this type of behavior. Keep in mind The restaurant was extremely quiet and there was absolutely nobody in the drive-through and about three other people in the restaurant. Do better please!!
