Customer service is really awful, we asked a young girl there regarding if they have different size available in Drees shoes, not only her answer was rude but also she and her other colleague did not ever stand up to help us finding other products or provide suggestions, they were just sitting there and did not care about what customer wants or help them. While asking for other size her answer was , whatever you find here on the floor is only one we have and it was really in rude way

When items are on sale, the prices are fairly good, otherwise, I think it's better to wait for a sale to come. Customer service is okay, not amazing. Sometimes the people that work there actually sighs when you ask for something. Not the best place to shop but not the worst place either.

Place is disgusting. The floors haven't been cleaned what looks like months.Staff is to busy socializing with each other and playing on there phones.There more concerned about the music then they are helping. Store has a good variety just be prepared to help yourself

This place looked like it was closing down. It took me 45 minutes to find a good pair of shoes.Most of the shoes here are either sold off or aren’t available in the required sizes.Unfortunately, friendly staff won’t be able to help because there’s not enough stock of shoes.Better go to a different location, than wasting time here.

Went to get some work boots, they had good options and the employees were very kind and helpful. When they couldn’t find the boot in the size I needed there were no issues getting it on hold at a different store
