Silver Cross Waterloo Rocks!We had a smart lifter installed in our van at Silver Cross Automotive and their attention to detail and skill is outstanding. Luc, in particular was really nice to work with; he took good care of us. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need a scooter lift it is the place to go.

Very, very happy with my Silver Cross experience. Luc Barrette was involved every step of the way. Even with manufacturing delays due to Covid protocols at the factory, we were amazed at the finished product (a side entry Toyota Sienna). The entire delivery experience was easy and simple. Luc walked through the features of the van and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Luc and the team at Silver Cross!

I had contacted Silver Cross Automotive in August to find out how I could get my 2004 Lexus ES330 adapted so that I could drive without the use of my right foot. I spoke to Luc Barrette and he was very informative about some options. He even suggested contacting Young Drivers of Canada for a lesson before I did the installation. I did and had the Sure Grip Left Foot Pedal installed yesterday (November 26,2019). It was completed in about an hour and very neatly. I enjoyed driving my car for the first time in about 1 1/2 years. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Luc and company.

Luc was great at answering all our questions pre-sales. Conversion was performed in a timely manner. Training process was thorough and Luc ensured we know how to use the product safely. Would definitely recommend Luc and Silver Cross Automotive.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and products from Silver Cross Automotive.Our first visit was initially only to inquire as to what would be the best vehicle to purchase and have outfitted for my husband’s large Invacare Pegasus mobility scooter. Luc Barrette asked some questions as to what our expectations were and what we hoped to achieve. He listened carefully and made some suggestions. He then asked, did we really want to get rid of our pickup truck? When we said no, Luc suggested the Bruno Curbsider for our pick up truck. It was perfect. I really loved working with everyone at Silver Cross! I highly recommend them for your mobility van needs. I only had 1 issue in the initial recommendations on what might work best for me. That's the only reason why they didn't get a 5 star review. I knew what I wanted, but I was told that another option would be better for me. When that option arrived, we found it to not meet my needs at all. This led to a 2 week delay, which was disappointing. It all worked out, they helped me so much with getting all the paperwork done and they really care about you as a person. So they deserve a 4 1/2 stars ;) I look forward to dealing with them in maintaining my vehicle in the many years to come. :)
