Staff was so friendly and showed us products based on our interests. Had an awful experience at a different store today, and couldn't have been happier to find this place, highly recommend coming here!

My daughter adores this store. It is a great place for anime and cosplay items. The lady who helped was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. This is a gem of a place!

This place is a playground. Both myself and my daughter adore this place. It has anime collectibles, figurines, Keychain etc. They have demon slayer, pokemon, sailor moon, Naruto, Sakura, my hero academia and so much more. This is also the place I got the feathers for the collar I made for my Carribana themed bday beach party. The shoo owners are knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Such a quaint place love it 10/10 for me. You must visit this place you're sure to find sommething you love here.

Great anime store with unique merch, good prices too

I don’t leave reviews at all but this place was so incredible I had to! I came to Toronto from Ottawa for the weekend looking for the best anime shops and this was the best one! Huge variety of items from decorations, clothing, jewelry, etc. Incredible layout and the staff was SUPER helpful and kind! Will be back for Christmas

Very kind and welcoming staff. Knowledgeable about the VARIOUS characters and items. It's just a dream! Everything is very noticeable and exciting! Like a kid in a toy store!

Great place for all anime and manga fans! The owners know their stuff.

This is one of the best shops I have been to for anime merchandise. It has everything my kids need and more. Unfortunately, it’s owned by two opposite personality people. One of the ladies there was very cheerful and smiling. She helps me find what I needed and offered substitute for things they did not have. I really enjoyed her calm and cheerful attitude and was a pleasure to be served by here. The other lady (greyish hair and glasses) was extremely rude. She kept trying to rush me out as if she did not want me at her shop. It really goes to show you how important customer service is. Even if your product is good, without good service it’s worthless. I think this store has potential and can really become an icon however, first they need to retrain or remove that employee. I will return to the store for sure to give them another chance and will modify my review if any change is seen.
