Erin gave me my first liquid keratin treatment, and after washing my hair and letting it dry naturally I am shocked?? First photo is my natural hair on a good day (it's usually much frizzier and puffier), second is first wash post-keratin with no styling. So much more low-maintenance thank you!!

My bf recommended Loft Hair Lounge to me for women's haircut. I was a little bit skeptical at first but decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint!! The service was amazing and Tim is highly skilled. I LOVE my short hair! Will definitely go back next time. Thank you :)

Found this gem walking by one day a year and a half ago. Something told me to call and book an appointment for my roots and I am so glad I did! Erin and Tim go above and beyond to make sure you love every minute of your experience. They are friendly, welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I always leave loving my hair!

**Avoid this salon if you’re thinking of getting a Keratin treatment, save your time and money **In response to owner:1. I never signed a waiver and I am still waiting for a photo, it’s clear that you’re lying.2. As I said to you before Timothy, There is no point for me to take off work or school to come for a follow up appointment when you made it clear that all you’re offering is a free blow dry.3. I never expected the treatment to style my hair however, there should be some sort of difference in the texture of my hair which there is not. It also hasn’t saved anytime while styling. According to Liquid Keratin (the brand you use) my hair should be “easier to maintain just air drying and be smoother, it will also appear straighter” I’ve attached photos again for you. You ignored the fact I caught you in another lie when I emailed them to you and pretended you didn’t know who I was..My intent for this review is only to warn other people not to waste there money. If the treatment doesn’t work don’t expect it to be adequately rectified.**Avoid this salon if you’re thinking of getting a Keratin treatment, save your time and money **Long story if you’re wondering why:I’m sure the treatment actually worked on some people who went here but if it doesn’t work they won’t rectify it. I spent over $500 on the keratin treatment and it clearly didn’t work, my hair looks exactly the same. The photos I attached of my hair (air dried) are taken after the treatment. It hasn’t saved any time whatsoever styling/ blow drying which was my only expectation.I asked if they could redo the treatment, for a refund or even a partial refund and all I was offered was a free blow dry so there was no point of me coming in for my follow up appointment. When I ask for a refund or redo Kenlyn told me “we could have had other clients, you’re taking up 2 hours” (they were completely dead when I got my treatment..?) and claimed I signed a no refund waiver, which I 100% did not seeming that would be a big red flag to me.The owner Timothy insisted that the treatment worked and what I was experiencing was normal when it clearly wasn’t. I contacted Liquid Keratin (the brand they use) because this wasn’t sitting right with me and what they told me contradicted what Timothy had been saying. When I brought this up to Timothy and asked for a photo of the wavier I never signed, he was petty and pretended it was the first time he heard from me and kept behaving extremely unprofessional and immature.I’m not sure if business isn’t doing well seeming they can’t afford to fix incompetent work or give refunds. Keep the money Timothy as you clearly need it more then I do.Best of luck!

Erin is great! My hair turns out exactly how I want every time I come in. My highlights are blended perfectly and allows me to squeeze an extra few weeks before I come in for a refresh.Excellent location, friendly service. Highly recommend.

. .Reply to response - I am not sure which appointment are you referring to since I didn't book any. I just got the keratin done 6 days back and after the first wash I was very disappointed to see the result. Also, I have purchased the liquid keratin shampoo and conditioner from your salon itself and have used that------------------Not happy with the keratin result . I know it does not straighten the hair but it was did not reduce my frizziness . Was a total waste of money .

This place is the absolute best.Love the stylists here specially Erin and the comfortable vibe of the salon.First time I dropped by for a regular blow dry, the way Erin handled my hair i knew she is an experienced professional been in the industry for a while.. (i have thick good quantity long hair)Next she gave me a beautiful hair colour recently (feel free to reach out on instagram and I don’t mind sharing pictures with people i find appropriate)

I have black hair so it’s always been difficult to get fun colours on my hair. This was the first time I had a visible purple in my hair so that was great . Thank you.I am not entirely happy with the copper red colour still showing through on the ends , I think the colour should have stayed longer or been a more purple colour .It’s also incredibly expensive for the results. If you have dark hair don’t expect results you ask for.
