Went to look for some new glasses and sun glasses tonight (June 19/23). It was very busy but I was still able to get some new glasses and sunglasses in less than an hour. Sherry was very helpful, friendly, and was able to get everything done quick and efficient.

had an emergency need of a new pair of glasses after mine suddenly broke, despite having a more rare prescription they managed to do it for me in an hour, and had a good deal on lenses with frames. pretty competitive price for name brand glasses. as someone who prefers them i would definitely come by again, didn’t catch the name of the wonderful ladies and man who helped me out but they were fantastic!

Holly was fantastic. She took the time to help both my son and I find new glasses. She suggested several options and was honest if a style did not work. Katherine has been helping us with our measurements for years. She knows us and says hi even when we are just shopping in the mall. We continue going to this location because of the service. I had a great experience. Ive been to this location twice. Both times i had the pleasure of being helped by Bianca. Customer service is on point, she is funny and has lots of knowledge. I feel very welcomed and she is great at showing me different options for my eyes and all in a timely Manner. The manager Sherry was also great and facilitated the sales with ease. I had a wonderful experience with LensCrafters at Fairview Mall in Kitchener. Holly was so helpful and patient with me. She explained the whole process and gently led me to the perfect pair of glasses. I never felt rushed and I felt like my sale mattered. I would definitely recommend this location simply because of how attentive and helpful they are here.

If you need help, ask for Holly! She has amazing customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. She gave me a quote quickly, efficiently and got me a great deal on my new glasses.
