Megan has helped to change my life. I had never found a counselor who was willing to take on my case due to having a major history of trauma, which often is out of a lot of professionals scope of practice. Megan I have been able to share the details of my life both big and small in a safe and respectful manner over a cup of tea. She goes up and beyond for her clients. She goes at the pace you are comfortable with and always ensures you are in control and your autonomy is respected. She has even let my bring in my support dog during our trauma therapy sessions. I love her sense of humor and that despite being very professional, does not present herself as closed off and has a very warm presence. I can honestly say that being a part of her practice has helped me learn so much about myself and I am very grateful to have found The Life Balance (and her dogs Vinny and Iris are too precious for words).
