Woodbridge Alignment

I arrive there at 9:30 in the morning went to change the tires and came to do alignment and they told me the price will be $120 plus tax. When I came back they told me $175 plus tax and waited for 2 hours when I approach the secretary to see why is it taking so long the owner didn’t care much to let me go and end up wasting half of my Friday. with no service done on my vehicle. I will not recommend anybody to go there. Yes they might do you a good job but they have horrible attitude and very rude approach.

I trust only this place for front-end wheel alignments. No appointments needed. In and out 1 hour. Done. Drives straight again. Simple. 20 years I've been coming here. All my tires wear evenly.

Where do I start.. you have to call this place like three times before they answer and once they do, they automatically sound annoyed of you. I tried explaining the issue that I had with my car to the mechanic and he said I spent too much time on Google, trying to fix things myself, and I should just let him do his thing.. he approaches to tell me I have to wait and he doesn’t hold lines for NOBODY and saying it in the most rude way ever. They used to have a good customer service back in the day idk why it changed. The mechanic was the worst part some guy with a beard and slick back hair with gray hairs, the receptionist with some high schooler that looks like she’s forced to be there. There is an alignment shop not too far from that place called just alignment and tire centre 1000 times better with customer service their prices are about the same.

They are really good in making people fool. They have a different price when Tony pickup the call,when you visit the place wait almost 40-50 minutes then they gave you a different price for the same service. Sorry to say but they are rude and racist as well.Sharing a photo of their waiting are where want the customer to have seat, if you are not taking the service they recommend ..

really experienced team.. they had fixed rear frame of 2016 civic after accident in 2018. where I already paid Number7 Honda to repair car $12,000+ + $1000 from pocket. After that they asked me to paid $3000+ on insurance to fix problem..

Good people and professional service. In and out took only an hour. Make sure you come early as they don't have reservations. Front & back alignment was 140+HST and the steering feels much more stable now. Thank you!

The alignments are the best. The wait realy sucks. The idea that i need to spend 3-4 hours they're to get an alignment is quite absurd, unfortunately no one else can do it as good as they do. Woodbridge allotments, if you read this, why no appointments???

Came in for a 4 wheel alignment, it’s walk in only they don’t schedule appointments it appeared. The waiting time for myself wasn’t an issue took around an hour and a half for everything.My truck drives fantastic now, everything feels stable and it drives straight. The pricing is fair and the staff was extremely friendly. It appears to be family owned which is always a positive. Look forward to coming back to these guys.

Despite the wait time, they are best in the business both in work they do and the price.

STAY AWAY! Do not go here for alignment! Would give zero rating if I could. Took my car there and noticed they do not have the proper equipment to do an alignment, they are stuck in 1970s and don’t use sensors and computer to align cars. Overcharged me and my car came out worst then when it came in. Waste of money, I took my car to another alignment shop that uses computers to align cars and they were shocked when I told them the car was just aligned at another shop. Now that my car was aligned at another shop my vehicle is driving amazing. Please stay away at all cost!!!!!!
