I have purchased 6 cars from BMW Toronto and was looking forward to purchasing my next motorcycle from them until I dealt with Adam Hancock. From a condescending attitude to outright misrepresenting the extended warranty, it was a horrible experience. Being asked if “I negotiate on buying a cup of coffee”, is simply insulting, especially when buying a $37,000 motorcycle and looking to negotiate a price on it. In the end, I took my business to Budd’s and while I still paid full price, I was treated with respect and honesty.

A great online experience to purchase all the OEM parts for your BMW motorcycle. I have a ‘15 F800GSA and I had no issues finding what I was looking for.As for price? Well, you are purchasing OEM parts after all - will be a little pricey (but nothing outrageous).Shipping cost and time was very reasonable.Shaun

Ordered service and replacement parts for my 2006 R1200ST, and they had them all in stock. I was really prepared to wait several weeks so I was shocked to receive them in 3 business days. That won't always happen, of course; but the mail-order service is first-rate compared to my nearest local dealers who have no desire to service my bike or keep inventory. They look at my bike and only try to sell me a new one. Keep up the great work!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had was dealing with the sales people here. Back in 2019, I paid a deposit on a brand new S1000rr and the salesperson still wouldn’t allow me to take a test ride and had a very rude attitude whilst allowing other people to take the bike for a spin on their demo day. Their condescending and rude attitude led to me to get my deposit back and I ended up buying a previous gen S1000rr from elsewhere.Fast forward, I’m in the market for the new gen bike and l have been chasing the guys here for a test ride for months. Finally they said that they’d have the demo bike for demo day on August 27th, 2022 and they’ll get it touch. They never did but I ended up signing up for the demo day online and despite that, they still didn’t get in touch. Upon inquiring, I got a very vague response and no confirmation that I’ve signed up. I already have a car lease with BMW Toronto but seems like they don’t care about customer retention or satisfaction. I’ll be getting the new gen bike shortly but will definitely take my business elsewhere. Won’t even renew the car lease with them.

Called for a part, Ron took care of me and he was amazing and helpful, even gave me a order number to make reference on my next call for a part I was just asking for. Unfortunately was not the same experience the next call, the other individual did little to none to help. Ended up buying on Ebay. few dollars cheaper, longer shipping, but had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. when you love your job you do the brand you represent a big favor.

When I first purchased my g310r at the end of 2017 the crew there were a breeze to work with. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. We'd go in if we were in the area just to say hi, then there was a change of staff and this new crew has never answered the phone, responded to an e mail or returned a voicemail. I haven't gotten my bike tuned in 2 years because it's impossible to get a hold of anyone from the Toronto Motorrad office. Beginning of the pandemic my bike had to be towed to the dealership. The only reason this review is 2 stars and not one is because BMW roadside assistance and their helpline gave exemplary customer service. Fast, efficient, 10/10. Then comes Motorrad staff, they had my bike for a month. No confirmation they'd even recieved the bike, no updates, no responses to my calls, e mails and voicemails. Once I'd finally gotten to the point I was going to go into the office and become a Karen (during covid, no one was supposed to be allowed inside), I get a call from Andrew Charters' cell phone with a super fast thebikesdonecomegetit". No explanation what was wrong

Large dealership and friendly staff. No pressure to buy, they will take the take time to show you around and let you decide. I was very pleased with the attentive service

Called to order some parts for my BMW. The rep was extremely helpful and friendly; made the whole experience very pleasant. Received the items very quickly and couldn't be happier.

Pathetic would be the best word to describe the arrogance of staff and very poor, almost nonexistent customer service at this BMW dealership. It is impossible to book an appointment here where messages are taken but calls are never returned. Motorcycles are just an afterthought as this franchisee clearly does not take the Motorrad part of business seriously. If you have not already selected a BMW dealer for motorcycles let me give you some very good advice... pick another one, any other one!
