I had a bad experience with this place. They have a no in-store refund policy that they don't tell you about and keep absolutely rigedly. I put down a $1000 deposit for a wedding ring, which is a huge amount of money that I could barely afford. Before I went ahead with it, I asked whether I could return it if my girlfriend didn't like it. The salesperson (the owner herself) assured me that I could and that there was nothing to worry about regarding the transaction. A couple weeks later, I decided to go with a ring from another store, having been given the impression that the deposit was refundable. When I went in to get my money back they informed me that it was not refundable, despite what I was lead to believe. The owner herself proudly told me in her 27 years of business she has never refunded a deposit, something she should instead be totally ashamed of. She said that businesses that don't do this can't survive, which means that to make a profit Karen's relies on taking customers' money while providing nothing in return. They not only over charges for poorly made jewelry (see other reviews), but clearly don't give a s*** about their clients. I understand that non-refundable deposits are not unheard of, but to not be transparent about it and then to not allow any exceptions regardless of the circumstances is just awful.

Excellent customer service! My sister and I went in to check out some earrings. We asked to see multiple pairs and there was never any pressure to buy anything.They also did an incredible job at cleaning a silver bracelet I brought in. I've been to Karen's numerous times and it's always a pleasant experience!

Rip off terrible service 45 minutes to change 2 batteries and adjust lick 61 dollars don't shop there look elsewhere cheaper go to flea market 20 $ all in

UPDATE:I just called them and spoke to a very nice employee who was very apologetic and asked me to come by and he would exchange it for me. Thank you!This place had very friendly service. I was so happy to find a reasonably priced Tennis bracelet to get myself for Mother's Day in the exact style I wanted. Total cost was under $100, which as a single mom, was a splurge to treat myself. I purchased this on Saturday afternoon and was excited to wear it to work this morning (Monday), I kept it in the box on Sunday so to take care of the only nice piece of jewelry I have ever got formyself. Its is now half way through my office job, so not any sort of physical activity that may have cause the damage.... The centre part of the clasp seems to have come unglued (really glue?) and one of stones has fallen off.... I am so sad because this is all I can afford, and I haven't even worn it for 4 hours, at my office desk. :(

I got my Jewlery cleaned here and they give me attitude when I came back the following day with 2 diamonds popped out they didn’t replace it and I asked what happen to my 2 diamonds on my chain they said if they would replace them with cubic Sequonia Diamonds ((fake)) when they stole 2 diamonds and wanted to replace it with a fake diamond NEVER going back and if you go here with all these 1 stars reviews you almost deserve to get robbed cus that’s what’s gonna happen in the long run doing business here…. I bet there’s so many stories similar to mine/ NEVER AGAINPlease owner done reply with ur fake and empty apologies cus ur laughing at us ppl when ur playing these games

Update: The ring has been repaired under warranty by the Jeweler. As long as it hold up I will maintain an average rating.$483.64 16 diamond wedding band broken after 1 week of light usage. Excellent customer service, fast friendly and very knowledgeable. All sales persons are welcoming, not pushy and offer the best quality items within your budget so your happy and comfortable. I love this store. they can take my money anytime. Wonderful and unique selection of jewels as well.

I purchased a ring here last year in the month of December as a Christmas gift to myself. It costed about $350. I remember purchasing it during a sales event. The retailed price was over $700, however it’s only been two months of wearing it and the stone fell off. I actually lost the stone after my shift at work and can’t recall my foot steps. I shouldn’t have to worry if a stone would fall off. I’m just upset because the stone should have been properly secured. This has never happened to me when purchasing gold rings in the past. I should have listened to the past reviews but I gave it the benefit of the doubt since the sales representative was very friendly. See photo attached. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

My grandmother handed down her engagement ring to me and Karen's did a wonderful job with making some upgrades to the band and adding some diamonds around the original solitaire diamond. It came out exactly as I had envisioned it. The only thing was that wait was longer than they previously said but other than that, great experience.

We purchased 2 rings from here about 3 years ago, one for my husband and one for myself for our 10 year anniversary. The prices were reasonable but most importantly the customer service was amazing. Just recently, 2 small diamonds fell off from my side of my ring. Karen’s Jewelry did not even question it and replaced them free of charge. On top of that, they went above and beyond and shined some of my rings that I did not even purchase there! Hands down, I would recommend them 100% and will be purchasing here again in the future.
