Great Metropolitan Sound
I've been using Great Met for years now and they are incredible! They've installed all of our technology (TVs, Wireless network , Sonos etc) and everything works beautifully . The thing that makes them so special to me is the customer service. They really listen to their customers to make sure they deliver the right solution at the right price point and they stand behind their work.

If I could leave 6 stars I would for the great service I always receive from Great Metropolitan Sound. Last week, David and Richard were able to come within 2 days of me calling to fix a long standing issue trying to get my home system onto fibre optic. Bell technicians weren't prepared to do the job - David and Richard had it done in 45 minutes.

Outstanding customer service - responsive, flexible, creative. Great Met installed our home audio system (state of the art in 2006) and has helped us keep the system running although the technology has clearly moved on. Didn't try to upsell us on new products. Still a family business and in a class of their own!
