I am utterly disappointed with the maintenance service provided by Mercedes Benz, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their incompetent service department. My recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare, as they proved to be incapable of identifying a simple issue with my tire, putting my family's safety at risk.It all began this Friday, June 24th when I visited the Mercedes dealership in Mississauga. I informed them that my tire was leaking air, as indicated by the warning system. Astonishingly, after their inspection, they claimed to find nothing wrong with the rear tire, but instead detected a problem with the forward passenger tire. They assured me they would replace that tire, despite my plea to check the rear passenger side tire as well, as I had already filled it up with air twice and it kept failing me.Naively trusting their expertise, I embarked on a long journey to the U.S. of over 1400 kms, braving treacherous weather conditions with thunder and lightning, assuming my tires were in proper condition. However, halfway to my destination, the flat tire indicator reappeared. Frustrated and concerned for my family's safety, I was forced to repeatedly fill up the tire with air, despite the difficulty of finding a suitable location for inflation. Unfortunately, my attempts were in vain, as the tire continued to deflate, raising suspicions that I had been correct about a potential puncture in the rear tire all along.At a stop in Lansing, Michigan, I decided to seek help from a local Mercedes dealership, only to discover that their service shop had just closed for the day, leaving me stranded and helpless. To make matters worse, I later learned that the dealership had closed early on Saturday, the day I passed by, and on Sunday, no Mercedes dealership had a service team available nationwide. This lack of support in my time of need was both infuriating and unprofessional.Desperate to find a solution, I wasted four hours of my valuable time searching for a tire place in Lansing. I went to two reputable tire shops in town, only to discover that neither had the size of tire my vehicle needed available. They did, however, discover a nail lodged near the inside wall of the tire, confirming my suspicion of a puncture. The sheer incompetency of the initial inspection carried out by the Mississauga dealership became glaringly evident, and I had to endure hours of stress and anxiety, jeopardizing the lives of my family by relying on their false assurances. At the same time, the tire shops neither had the tire I needed replaced nor were they able to fix the puncture in my tire.Left with no other choice, and with time running out, I had to hastily find a third tire shop that was closing in just 10 minutes. Thankfully, they agreed to fix the puncture in the tire, albeit with added stress and anxiety. At this point, I decided to cut off my journey and come back to Mississauga.Mercedes Benz, you have shattered the trust I once had in your service department. This was the place I regularly visited to service my vehicle, but now I have lost all faith in their abilities. The negligence and lack of attention to detail they demonstrated during this incident are simply unacceptable. Trusting them was a grave mistake, and I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their safety to Mercedes Benz's maintenance service.

Although the general staff was very slow, particularly when given one sales rep that was busy with someone else. However she was able to make the experience the best one yet!

I went in to buy an suv and had the most racist experience from one of the sales people who thought i was window shopping since i wasn't dressed flashy. Spoke snappy and He literally walked away to do something else while i was exploring options and asking questions. I would never have returned to Mercedes. i met Cain by accident who showed me that customer service is still alive and thriving. A genuine drive to help me make the right decision and deliver on time. He even followed up after to ensure i wasn't having any concerns. If you are to make any purchases with mercedes, i strongly recommend you ask for him by name. I put money on you not getting better service and support anywhere else.
