I went to a few RMT’s before finding Alex, she is amazing! After the first treatment I stopped my search and have been seeing Alex for various aches and pains for a few years now. Very easy going and caring, she has a very relaxing and calming demeanour that travels through to her fingers. Highly recommended.

I've been to see Alex for both relaxation and therapeutic massages following a shoulder surgery. In both cases I've been really impressed with... everything! It's a relaxing environment, Alex is really pleasant to talk with, she takes time to understand what you're after and how she can best help you, her understanding of anatomy is great... and she's really good at what she does! I'm really glad I've found her and will be continuing to make appointments.

My time was wasted. I came in for an appointment and Alex was 20 minutes late.Instead of apologizing for this, her initial response was to say: ok! I’m ready for you. I had to bring up that I thought our appointment was at x time. I told her I was put off by this and she responded with: my business is thriving.She took no accountability and instead tried to twist things around. After my interaction with Alex I am convinced that’s she is a manipulative person and it is unfortunate that she chose to treat me this way. I don’t know if it was race geared as my partner who is Caucasian came to see her over the weekend and his experience was unlike mine.Based on the reviews I read I was not expecting to meet the person who approached me today. I think I’m in shock and wondering what happened.Anyway, this is a lesson that no matter how many good reviews someone has, it does not guarantee that you will get the same service they give to others as with any service industry. If you’re a person of colour I would not recommending spending your time or money to see this person.

My husband and I have been getting massages from Alex for about a year now. She's extremely kind, professional and skilled. Cannot say enough good things about her. She always asks how you're doing in the beginning and if she needs to focus on a specific spot; and follows up right after the massage. I recommend her to everyone I know!
