Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club

It was lovely to play North America's oldest golf course, which was maintained so well. Reasonable green fees. Clubhouse was packed. Good food and good service.

Oldest course in North America. ‘Nough said, eh?Course not difficult layout, and was relatively short, considering when course was made, not a surprise. Staff was awesome and had lots of stories.Restaurant was packed and food looked delicious although we didn’t have time to stay. If in the area, this is a must play - just give plenty of time to book or card will be full.

This golf course has the most stunning view of Lake Ontario and you can eat food right on the patio overlooking it. Only patio in Niagara on the Lake located right on the water. Two different menus one inside and outside depending on what you're feeling up to! We have had both and they are both delicious! And all the waitstaff are so incredibly friendly. And - my husband says the golf course is an impeccable shape and is a true beauty to play! Overall great experience and will be back.

Such a peaceful view, and very friendly staff! The food was alright, but the ambience and staff still made for a great experience. We were a group of six seated right away without any reservations on a beautiful Saturday afternoon - quite the pleasant surprise!We got some mango strawberry tequila slushies (tasty but didn’t really taste the tequila) - one of them fell during our meal and they were kind enough to give us a new one free of charge.For vegetarians, there are a couple options. The Asian Noodle fusion and the Veggie wrap (with the same ingredients and flavours as what’s in the Asian Noodle fusion, with the exception of rice in the wrap). The former was flavourful but could use more fresh veggies (and perhaps a thicker noodle for my preference. It was a bit thicker than vermicelli) the wrap was way too light and did not have enough flavour. Great sides though (Caesar salad and fries - generous portions of dressing)

Amazing food with great views. It’s been some time but I still think about the French onion soup! It was so good and the staff were super friendly! If I’m ever back in Canada This will be my first stop.

First time here and the food was amazing.The host in the patio seating area and our server Mike (supervisor) were friendly and excellent customer service!! Thank you again to our server Mike (supervisor) who was accommodating when it came to our requests, especially in regards to our food allergies. So there won't be any food contamination. Definitely recommend the Cobb salad, fish and chips, grilled lamb chops, maple glazed rainbow trout, and the waterfront burger. Also, the view was spectacular, facing Lake Ontario and the golf course. Will come back for sure and tell our family and friends!

Stopped here for lunch and everything was just perfect. Our server was friendly and patient even when my father decided to change his order twice. Great views on the patio and if you want to bring your pet there are outside tables (you may have to wait). Will be back!
