Steinbach taxi

This cab company needs to be more clear when booking. I called a cab had a couple stops they never asked me on the phone where I was going ,and then they tell me it was 25 minutes. I waited an hour. Just to get into the cab and be told because I had more then one stop. They couldn’t do it. Never again.

Dangerous drivers and horrible communication. They seem to think driving 60km/h in a parking lot is normal. When people honk at them they act like it's just a normal thing. Also, your business description has misspellings, just an FYI.

I had a great first time experience with this company! All the employees were really nice and helped me. I definitely recommend this company if you need a ride. They are very understanding and willing to help their customers.

This company has been nothing but rude bullying and abusive. They say 15-20min then take 30-40min. They hold the call for 15-20min before dispatching. They left me stranded twice. Daisy is nice but other dispatcher is rude and nasty. She won't let me talk to Dee or pass my msgs. Dee apparently has no control over her staff, they just do what they want. The website says they're open 24/7 but they won't answer the phone by midnight. They don't in any way resemble the services they describe on their website. But don't say anything about it or some punk will try to toss you out of the cab. Definitely not safe. Though most of the drivers are nice. I tell you one thing, as long as they have that dispatcher turning down business and alienating customers, it's going to be hard for them to get ahead. Think about it. One person, with the emotional maturity of an adolescent is allowed to run your business.PS Nobody from Steinbach Taxi has made any attempt to contact me. I see they haven't responded to anyone who left reviews. Welcome to Steinbach.

This is the second page they've opened now in 3 years. They are not the only taxi business that has 24/7" service in southeastern Manitoba

dispatcher does terrible job communicating to drivers. they ask way too many questions over the phone to not communicate ANY of it with the drivers and just annoys the customer. also told me they would be about 10 min. they took over 30.

Used their service several times, they are always very friendly and on time. Their staff both drivers and dispatcher are friendly and understanding.

I have used all the cab services in Steinbach and Steinbach Taxi is the only one that provides regular service on time. If they’re running late due to traffic etc they always let me know. The drivers are all really nice as well. The manager Dee is spectacular!I’d also like to shout out to the overnight staff - sometimes I am stuck taking a cab at 4:30am if I pick up an early shift at work. They’re really busy around that time, but they always make things work to squeeze me in!If you’re a regular customer using a cab service, I highly recommend Steinbach taxi.
